~Jason~
Jason followed him limping a bit but not slowing down. The smoke continued to choke his and bow began to blind him as it got thicker. He didn't even bother asking where they were headed, he honestly didn't care.

~Ryan~
Ryan managed to make it to the bank of the river but collapsed there. He knew he wouldn't be able to swim, that was for sure. He needed a bit more rest, then he would be fine, Ryan thought trying to convince himself that he was just as strong as always. He didn't want all of Panem to think of him as weak!

Ivy
She ducked under water away from the flames. And thought back to years before. If anyones going to make it out alive they have to leave the general area this is set up in! She choked through the flames and plunged out of the water. A fireball flew right by her face, just missed her. Sparks flew off the side burning her cheek. But not too bad. Another fireball hit a tree and a piece from the tree smacked into her leg. It'll be worth it, she thought, I just have to keep running.

Kyra
Kyra frowned when Ryan fell and couldn't help but support him in the water. Fireballs kept exploding around them and landing in the water. Steam rise everywhere and Kyra shielded her eyes, watching Ivy run silently.

Eric
Eric coughed and started to stagger. But he saw the river and sprinted towards it, falling in and inhaling the clean air.

Ivy
Ivy kept running until she reached the end of the tree line and found a small field of grass. Ivy couldn't run or hardly breath, she collapsed go the ground in the soft long grass. She didn't pass out but just sat still. The fireballs couldn't reach her but they were still flying at the others, maybe she did have a chance to win....

~Jason~
Jason hit the water shortly after Eric. It was alot easier to breath here. The water was only about up to his knees and he didn't bother going further. He really wasn't a good swimmer and he didn't feel like drowning today.

~Ryan~
Ryan nodded his thanks to Kyra but other than that, didn't say anything. The cool water soaked the wounds on his legs somewhat soothing them.

Kyra
Silently Kyra watched the fireballs whizz past their heads. Her eyes reflected the fire of the forest in them and she watched as rocks on the other side of the river tumbled in. She watched as the fireballs stopped, the Gamemakers seeing they were all safe.

Eric
Eric scowled and watched the fireballs. Soon they started to cease and he waited patiently.

~Jason~
Jason's heart was still pounding even thought the fireballs were coming to a stop. He couldn't believe he was still alive. After all the and Jason had only heard one cannon.

~Ryan~
Ryan didn't move even though the fireballs were stopping. He enjoyed the feeling of the cool water against his wounds.

Kyra
Looking at Ryan Kyra removed her hand from his back that was supporting him. "Can you walk? We need to find new shelter."

Eric
Slowly dragging his tired legs to shore Eric fell in the nearby grass, breathing hard.

~Ryan~
Ryan nodded quickly agreeing with both the things she had said. He was pretty sure he could walk but how far and how fast? He wasn't sure.

~Jason~
Jason eventually waded out of the water after Eric. He sat down a few feet away from Eric trying to catch his own breath.

Kyra
Starting to walk out of the water Kyra nodded, "Alright, if you need to rest, tell me. You don't want to push yourself too far." stepping out of the cool water Kyra glanced down at her arm. The skin was red, peeled away in some places, and there was blood welling around it.

Eric
Eric finally caught his breath and looked at James. "Let's go find some shelter, is your side okay?"
