::Lord Than::

Than laughed to himself, his sword raised. It glowed with an essence like fire, sparking and crackling as a flame would with its orange light. "Oh, but Quinn, hope springs eternal. You never know what the future holds.." he replied, breaking his sword away from Quinn's, twisting in a circle around his opponent's body and slamming the butt of his sword's hilt into Quinn's back. "You know you dont want to fight me here and now. You came for the Users, right?" Lord Than asked, raising an eyebrow as he raised his sword again.

:Quinn:

Quinn felt the butt hit his back, a small crack hitting his ears from the strike. He gritted his teeth and pulled back, "I came for the users. But I'll take some of your blood too." he hissed, taking another swing, almost hitting Than's neck, but his sword wasn't long enough. He spun around, getting in close to Than, and returned the favor of a hit to his stumach, before pulling back out of reach. "Besides." he spoke. "I know you weren't going to let them go without a fight." his blue eyes flickered with the orange light that reflected from Than's suit.

[Pengu.]

{He felt the butt hit his back...XD}

::Lord Than::

Than staggered back a step, raising his sword high. "That I did Quinn. And I always keep my word.." he said through clenched teeth, rushing foreward. He swung his sword, it connecting with Quinn's blade, and delivering a few quick slashes before dodging around his body. "We are more evenly matched than before, aren't we.." Than whispered devilishly, circling Quinn as a lion did his prey. "Bravo to that then.." Than fingered the hilt of his sword, his finger nonchalantly pressing a hidden button on the butt. This sounded a silent alarm to his guards, letting him know of the intruders presence with him and hopefully they would get the Users away before Quinn did. As long as none of the guards messed up and let them get away....

{Eh, battles are too long. Short cut it by sounding a silent alarm that makes you wanna leave quick...XD}

:Quinn:

Quinn rammed into Than, sending him hurtling towards the wall, Quinn's sword stabbed through his cloak, and hopefully would keep the lord in place long enough. "Than." Quinn said with a mocking bow before racing over to the users. One by one he sliced their binds off with his disk. "Hurry. Let's move." he said, slipping his disk quickly over his shoulder and racing for the elevator.

:Kane:

He was up on his feet quickly, racing after Quinn when he remembered his disk. He ran to the table and ripped his off before continuing his earlier path for the elevator.

:Alyssa:

She staggered to her feet and followed after Kane to grab her disk. She grabbed Johnathan's disk as well and handed it to him as they headed for the elevator.

::Melissa::

Melissa struggled to get up, still feeling rather lightheaded. She staggered over to the table, eyeing Than the whole way as she slowly got there. She grabbed her disk, her muscles straining as she hooked it onto her back. Oh, I see..No help.. she thought, rolling her eyes as she brought up the rear of the group. What she wanted to know was how the hell were they going go get out of here..

::Johnathan::

John took his disk gratefully, finding newfound strength as he followed the three others infront of him.

::Lord Than::

Than raised his lip, uttering a skin crawling yell, yanking free of his cloak. He grabbed his sword, taking his disk from his back. Lord Than followed them to the elevator quickly. He wasnt fast enough, he saw them get in and the doors close. "Mark my words Quinn, I will find you. And when I do, you and the Users will die. By my own hand!" he called, dissapearing to somewhere unknown. Vanishing into thin air.

:Quinn:

As the elevator doors opened he was off again, his strides growing longer and longer as he raced for his vehicle. The doors began to open as the group approached, and it seemed no one was coming. Quinn slipped into the drivers seat and shut the door, yelling from inside. "HURRY UP!"

:Kane:

He slowed down a bit, seeing Melissa was struggling to keep up. "we're almost there." he encouraged.

:Alyssa:

She was still cradling her hand, but she wasn't about to risk getting caught. With all she had she ran, and slipped inside after Quinn, nit even thinking twice.

::Melissa::

Melissa nodded to Kane, thankful for the help. "I know, it is just I have never really undergone torture... Very stressfull..." Mel joked, limping inside the vehicle after Alyssa.

::Johnathan::

Johnathan brought up the rear now, ocasionally checking behind him for more programs or Than. He slipped easily into the seat next to Alyssa, sighing with relief.

:Quinn:

"Hang on" Quinn said as the doors clicked shut. He revved the engine before racing off through the gaping hole he had entered though only minutes before. His eyes begin to light up with the realization he had gotten in successfully. "Are you all alright? Than didnt bust you up too bad?"

::Melissa::

Melissa raised an eyebrow, rubbing her hand on her bloody face and neck. "Yah, we are perfectly peachy." she smiled fakely...curling up in the corner of the vehicle. She pulled her knees to her chest, laying her head between them as she shook.

::Johnathan::

"Most of us are fine.." John interjected, looking at Melissa crossed. He turned to Alyssa, taking her injured arm in his hand gently. "Alyssa, we need to fix this.." he said, stating the obvious as he ignored his injuries to attend to her.

:Alyssa:

"Its fine." She grumbled, mostly from the pain she was feeling then any anger towards him. "Sorry....it just....hurts."She said pulling her hand from him gently and cradling it once more.

:Kane:

He looked over at Melissa, and he felt aweful, poor girl was feeling the brunt of it all in his opinion. His hand rubbed her back softly. He didnt know if this action was crossing the line, but he thought she needed some comfort.

:Quinn:

"I would have preferred the statement without the sarasim, but you all have been through a lot so i'll let it slide." He said, getting a bit more comfterable as they made their way furthur from the arena. "Not exactly what you were expecting huh?"
