::Melissa::

Breathing a breath of relief, she began to relax. Mel shook her head; "No, I am fine. For now, at least...." she replied, attemtping to ignore the muscle pains she was feeling at the moment. "Wh-what about you? Are you okay?" Melissa asked politely and attemting to hide the great concern in her voice, cracking a small smile.

::Johnathan::

Johnathan had just gotten up, when guards tackled him to the ground again. Can't catch a break, can I? he thought, slashing his disk at whomever got close. Three or so burst into pieces, until he was subdewed by five or more of the spears, sending a powerful electric shock pulsing through him. John screamed a bit, his muscles spazing as he was held up by the guards. His body was very limp, but he was okay....He thought.. John looked to Alyssa, watching guards advance on her. "You have to find a way out..." he said, earning him another shock. What if she was captured too? What would happen?

:Kane:

"I'm fine." Kane said," don't worry," he said, droning off. "The games isn't what I quite expected. It's worse....we just killed someone. Though I'm not sure if they were real or...my imagination."

:Alyssa:

She watched him. "I can't leave you! I won't!" she said grabbing her disk with her good hand while cradling the other. The guards advanced, she stepping back, watching Johnathan receive another shock. She didn't know what to do. "I'll...I'll try." she spoke in a soft whisper. She continued to step back, seeing a platform moving beneath the one they were on. She threw her disk down, shattering the glass and landed on the lower one. It began to circulate around, she dropping to the ground floor now with a thud. She took off running for the exit.

::Melissa::

Melissa resisted the urge to defend the statement; that this place was real. "At this point, I didnt care what happened as long as I got out of there alive." she replied. Mel felt the disk on her back, getting a sour feeling in her stomach. "What do you think..they will do if we dont start fighting eachother.." she asked, guesturing to the struggle with their previous companions across the arena.

::Johnathan::

The guards holding him, they were brutal. If he didnt keep moving, away from Alyssa, he was shocked. He could barey stand, let alone walk, and it was rather painful to make his way across the platform. John's back, where he had been shocked multiple times, began to bleed. The red blood oozing through his suit caught the guard's curiosity. They almost treated him like something discusting after they saw it. John was led onto another platform, and onto a strange elevator. He was taken upward, to goodness knows where. The whole way, though tired, he tried to get free. To run, get to Alyssa. But, it was no use. If she could just get away....

:Kane:

"It doesnt matter. I'm not going to fight you Mel. I don't care what happens." Kane said, now hearing a giant roar of boo's coming from the crowd. His anger slightly rose, but he only gritted his teeth and clenched his fists.


:Alyssa:

She was running as fast as she could, an archway not far from her, perhaps it lead to freedom? She couldn't think...her mind was jumbled with guilt and confusion and pain. She heard a booing roar from the Crowd which then turned to excitement, when some light cycles entered the field straight for her. come on...run faster...run faster.... She slipped her disk from her back once again and tossed it at the door, sending it into shambles. Alyssa raced through and was now on the city streets....

::Melissa::

Melissa couldnt help but smile. "Awe, you big softy you.." she joked, smacking his cheek gently. "That is good to here...but that isnt...." Melissa pointed to their left. Like what happened to John and Alyssa, a platform of twenty or so guards appeared next to theirs. "If you are not fighting aginst me, fight with me." Mel whispered, taking the disk from her back. She looked at the many programs advancing toward them, and flung her disk forcefully toward them. Most dodged, but two didnt make it. "Lets go then." Melissa smiled, catching her disk gracefully.

::Johnathan::

John was led up in the elevator, but had enough time to see Alyssa shatter the door before it arose. He smirked, standing tall. Now, was his fate. Sealed, or no? He couldnt let that happen, nothing could hold him in this place. He abandoned his thoughts as the platform stopped in a room, tinged with an orange glow. John was led through a hallway, and some doors, finally into another room. Infront of him, sat a large chair, sort of like a throne, and a large window that outlooked the arena. Johnathan was thrown to the floor, and the guards exited.

:Kane:

He smirked, slipping his disk from his back and held it in a tight grip in his hand. As the guards came rushing forward, he flicked his risk sending his disk into five guards, shattering them to dust. One charged at him with a spear, Kane cutting the buzzing weapon in half before finishing him off.

:Alyssa:

She could still hear the buzzing behind her...the slow hum of lightcycles practically on her heels. She turned a corner, not sure where she was headed, really just looking for somewhere to hide. Her strides grew longer, adrenaline kicking in to numb the pain. People....programs moved hastily out of the way while shouting angry insults after her as she shoved through an ally.

::Melissa::

A small group of guards advanced towards Melissa. Her disk in hand, she charged straight for them. Two tried to stick their spears in her heart; Melissa kicked on of the spears away then slashed the programs head off, the other didnt get far until she stole his spear and stick it through his gut. Now with two weapons, Melissa spun around in a circle, launching the spear and disk at the same time into the throng of guards. The spear killed one, her disk three. Her disk returning, Melissa grabbed it only to be attacked and thrown into an unmatched battle between her and three more programs.

::Johnathan::

John attempted to get to his feet, whicn only ended in him falling to the ground, caughing up blood. "Who are you.." he snarled, knowing someone was in the chair. A dark, cloaked figure stood up, walking around his throne to look at his subject. "You are the leader here, aren't you.." Johnathan added, detest in his voice. The leader walked foreward, noticing the blood. "User..." he whispered to himself, and only confused John. "We will get out of this sh*t hole, I promise you that.." John spatted.

A laugh emiated from the masked figure. "Doubtful, User. There are more of me, than of you." the he spoke, voice muffled to make it sound like one not his own. The man picked up two spheres, glowing. He began to move them in his hand. One, if his guards were defeated, would send a formitable opponent to Kane and Melissa. The other, already had a large group of Cycles on their way to follow Alyssa.

:Kane:

A guard tackled him to the ground, the two in a tustle to gain ground. Kane stood up, and was forced back to back with Melissa. He kept his disk in hand, letting it fly once again and killing three more, but already more guards were on their way. "We're outnumbered." he said over his shoulder to her.


:Alyssa:

She tripped as she plowed into a program. Alyssa rolled on the ground, trying to struggle back onto her feet. The bikes were right there.....she raced around another corner, knocking anything she could find to block their path. They plowed right through them and were now circling Alyssa in the middle of the street. She was spinning around trying to find a break in their line, but it was helpless...she was circled.

[Pengu.]

::Melissa::

She spared a glance around her, standing back to back with Kane, and cursed. "Oh..great..." she muttered, sending her disk flying. It discinigrated a few, but they couldnt defeat them all. "There is no way we can get rid of them all, they just keep coming...What are we going to do?" Melissa asked Kane, catching her disk and sending it flying again. "What if we get caught...."

::Johnathan::

John rolled his eyes, managing to arise to his feet. "User? What the hell does that mean?" he asked, remembering the same term used on their arrival to this place. He didnt have time to get an answer; within in seconds, the leader was upon him. He grabbed John's neck, raising him in the air. "You...and your friends... I havent seen your kind in many cycles. This will be, quite a game.." he whispered, throwing John across the room. John hit the wall, his head bleeding now, and his arms and legs were bounded by an invisible force. The program took his seat again on his chair, watching the arena. A screen above him flashed with Alyssa's face on it, and Johnathan had a grim look as he watched her.

{Hmn, should we chance the 'villian' from Clu to someone else, or no?}

[Perhaps it could be clue, though having a new villain would enable us to sculpt him as we please :3]

:Kane:

"Don't think that way....let....give me a sec." He tossed his disk, and upon returning he looked to the floor. They were pretty close to the ground. "We could jump." he whispered, punching one guard in the face as it got closer.


:Alyssa:

"Stay where you are program." One spoke sharply, stepping out of line and getting off of his bike. Alyssa took her disk from her back, the white light illuminating the dark around her, making her feel a false sense of peace. "My name is Alyssa Thompson. And I am not a program." she said holding her head high, a new look passing her gaze. The guard neared her, she planting her foot hard on the ground before going on the offense. She slashed at him, sending him tripping over his feet and to the ground. A shock erupted in her back, but she was spun around, kicking the guard away with most of her remaining strength. All guards were now off of their bikes, disks in one hand, spears in the other. Alyssa kept light on her toes, her fingers tapping against the disk....trying to think things through. Seconds passed before the next move was made. Two guards dove forwards, she jumping over them and landed hard on her left leg. Another shock to the back, her sight blacking slightly. She sliced towards the man behind her, only to cut his spear in half and send it clattering to the floor. Again another shock, bringing her to her knees, her bloody hand smearing on the cool metal street. Her breathing was coming heavy, he guards still moving in. The faint spark still held in her gaze refused to flicker out as she gave her last offense. She threw her disk, cutting one guard in two, before another shock touched her....and she fell still.
