Ember didn't have much choice but to stay where he was there was an awful itch on his side and he couldn't reach it.

Ember pricked his ears forwards and looked at Bill. "hmm?"

Bill ruffled Ember's head fur. He had been looking up how to get a dog to lose weight.

Ember wagged his tail happily and licked Bill's hand

(OMW, it is an absolute downpour over here. Which is good, since we've kind of been having a drought, but also a bad thing since I'm marching in the half time show for our first home varsity football game. I just know I'm gonna slip on the wet turf. -_-)
Bill smiled and sighed. How was he going to tell Ember without hurting his feelings?

Friesia huffed and closed her book. I get it, there's tons of wars and stuff between Sins and Horsemen...
