Ember didn't sleep, he had too much to think about...

Bill came downstairs late the next morning, still looking pretty tired.

Friesia woke up wit a yawn, yesterday had exhausted her, she'd slept in really late.

Ember limped over to him and licked his hand, something he did everytime Bill came down in the morning.

Dain was still asleep on the sofa.

Bill smiled at Ember. "You shouldn't be moving around on that leg... But thank you." He rubbed Ember behind the ears.

Friesia looked at Dain, smiling a bit. Yesterday... Well, it was both good and bad, she decided, remembering how the day had ended.

Ember looked at him. His leg was still hurting...

Dain shuffled about in his sleep.

"Why don't you go lay down while I get breakfast?" Bill could tell Ember was hurting.

Friesia smiled and went to make coffee for Dain when he woke up.

"o-okay..." Ember flopped his ears about and went back to his bed, once again, he found he was getting too big for his dog bed...

Dain muttered in his sleep, but he didn't wake up.

Bill came back out a bit later. He sighed when he realized Ember was too big for his bed. "Alright, maybe you should lay on the couch..."

Friesia returned with the coffee, surprised that Dain was still asleep. Wow, he must've been really tired... She set the coffee down on a small side table and sat next to him, careful not to wake him up.

Ember sort half sighed half whimpered and struggled onto the sofa...

Dain woke up and yawned, stretching.

Bill set Ember's breakfast in front of him. "Here you go." He sat next to him and began eating his own breakfast.

Friesia smiled at Dain. "Good morning."
