Bill left cat with the caretakers, he didn't know anything about medicine. He looked down at Ember sadly and shook his head. "Why'd ya do it, Flame...?"

Ember dropped his ears and lowered his head, whimpering, he almost looked like he was crying. he's gonna geet rid of me...he wont want me now...

Bill knelt down to look Ember in the face. "You know what this means for us...?" He rubbed Ember behind the ears, trying to show he wasn't mad. "It means we can never come here again..." He sighed. "Come on, let's go home..."

The cat raced out of the pound as soon as he could. "Ugh, thought I'd never get out of there..." He followed Bill and Ember to their home.

Ember went home with Bill. It was late in the afternoon now. He saw Dain waiting for them at Bill's front door.

Bill nodded politely to Dain. "I take it you want my decision...?"

The cat watched with interest. This is new... Dain hanging out with nobodies?

Friesia worked in her library, waiting for Dain to return with the new guy's decision.

"We're getting desperate...you will be paid handsomly, $5500 a month." Dain raised an eyebrow and looked down at Ember who hid behind Bill then back to Bill. "You'll also get expert training, trust me, it's easy."

Bill shrugged and looked at Ember. "Well... alright. Just lost my job anyway... Why not."

The cat twitched his ear, amused. Heh...

"This is gonna hurt..." Dain smiled and touched Bill's heart lightly, making him immortal. Once he was finnished he smiled at Bill's dog. "Nice to see you again." He smiled. Ember nodded to him.
