Ember slept most of the day.

"That's good." Friesia paused for a moment. "You know, I've been thinking... If there is no War horseman, is Jesu more powerful...?"

Bill was surprised Ember could sleep through the noise the other animals were making...

"no" Dain smiled.

Ember barked loudly and the other animals quietened down.

Friesia sighed with relief. "Oh, good... That was kinda bothering me..." She smiled a bit.

Bill shrugged and continued his rounds, he had to work until lunch.

"Yeah..." Dain smiled.

Ember was soon fast asleep again.

Friesia twitched her ears and sat by Dain. "But that's good..." Even though he's already incredibly strong...

Dain opened his small leather book and flicked through. "We have another possible war horseman though." Dain smiled, "should be interesting."

Ember nudged the small window open that looked into the front of the truck, he stuck his head through happily, something he always did when he was in the back.

Friesia looked interested. "Oh, that's cool." She wondered who it was, but she figured she'd find out soon enough.

Bill smiled a bit at Ember.

"Bill Tompson." Dain sighed. "He knows, we've asked him, he said he was gonna think about it."

Ember put his head on the frame and watched the world go by

Friesia nodded. "Okay. Is he a nice guy?" she didn't want to deal with another Arianna.

Bill thought about the job he'd been offered. It seemed good, but his boss was kinda strange...
