Ember ran and hid again, this time behind some boxes outside a shop. I just wanna go home...

Christopher shook his head. "You're too high!"

Friesia managed to calm down. I hope he found a better home... she thought as thunder boomed outside.

"ha~" Cat smirked.

Ember was about having a panic attack. He was so frightened and upset that he was rooted to the spot.

Christopher rolled his eyes. "Whatever, if you don't want to be pet then I won't pet you~"

"Ember, I'm sorry... I hope your new family treats you better than I have, since you're mad at me..." Friesia wanted to say goodbye, even if he didn't want to talk to her.

"meh~" Cat smiled as Christopher'fs favorite kitten latched onto his face again.

Ember watched everyone rush past and cowered away from them, he missed home, he his bed and he missed Friesia...

"Augh! Okay buddy, why does it feel like you're clawing up my whole face?" Christopher asked, not realizing that Cat had tried to wake him up earlier.

"Anyway Ember, I just wanted you to know that I still consider you my friend, and I care about you very much, even if you never want to see me again..." Friesia bit her lip, wishing he was home.

Cat pretended to go to bed, it was late and she was kinda tired.

Ember whimpered. alone and frightened, he didn't sleep all night...

Christopher went to his bedroom and was soon asleep.

Friesia curled up on the couch, not really wanting to move, and fell asleep eventually.

Friesia sat up, yawning. She hadn't slept well at all last night, she had been so upset about losing Ember.

Christopher was still asleep, he could sleep for very long periods of time!
