Cat was still fast asleep the next morning. Her kittens had gone into Christopher's room and were pawing at his face.

Ember was already up and nudging Friesia for his breakfast.

Christopher put a hand on his face. "Alright, alright, I'm awake!" he said with a laugh. He looked at the kittens between his fingers.

Friesia muttered something in her sleep and rolled over.

Ember huffed and went back down stairs, he moved his bed out the way and poped open a lose pannel and looked into the hole. He's stashed good lay waiting. He helped himself to the whole thing.

The kittens kept pawing at his face.

Christopher sat up carefully, not wanting to knock over any of the kittens. "Okay, okay! You guys are hungry, right?"

Friesia yawned and sat up. "Ember...? Huh, I thought he'd been in here..." She shrugged and started to head downstairs.

Ember sighed happily, he'd eaten the whole stash and hidden the empty hole again. Problem was, he feet were nowhere the ground, he tried to scamper back to his bed, but h couldn't move...

Christopher grinned. "I'll take that as a yes. But, uh, are you eating actual food yet...?" He didn't know too much about kittens.

Friesia saw Ember and gaped. "Ember...?! How could you possibly have gotten into the kitchen? I have it blocked!"

Friesia sighed and shook her head. "Oh well... I'll just get breakfast for myself then."

Christopher stood up and stretched. "Where's your mother? Is she still sleeping?"

Christopher walked out of his bedroom and noticed Cat sleeping. "Ah," he said quietly. "Well. What am I going to do with these kittens...?"
