Friesia laughed and gave him a good rub behind his ears. She looked at Dain's door, her smile falling. "Well, if Dain asks, you know where I am..." With that, she left.

"wait, what about me!?!" Ember yelped, he didn't like being left alone.

Christopher looked at the kittens. "So, who is their father?" he asked, his curiosity becoming too much for him.

"Fine, fine, I won't ask." Christopher shrugged. He continued to look at them, they were awfully cute.

Friesia returned a little bit later and began putting the food away. She secretly put a spell on the kitchen so Ember couldn't get in, but anyone else could.
