Dawn smiled at Fenris and nodded when he lowered his ears. She sighed and licked Shay's cheek. "I don't even know if he's fit to get back. The moment I started moving him, he yelped in pain," she said sadly. She curled up agaist him and looked at Fenris. "We need medicine for him. I want you to get back to camp and go to my den. Grab marigold, poppy seeds, and lots of cobwebs." She knew what poppy seeds made you drowsy but if she only gave one single seed to her injured mate that he would only be a little out of it and it would subside his pain. "I'd go, but I need to stay with him." She flicked one ear urgently and her eyes gave away how intent she was on keeping her beloved mate ok. "Please hurry."

::Rukou::

The lone male lay on the rock that overlooked the pack's territory. He scaned below, watching them closely. He growled to himself sullenly, closing his eyes. He didnt feel like moving just yet, not in the cold. He could feel the tiny little snow flurries collecting on his pelt, which added to the chill that bit into his skin. Having a den would have made things easier... but that did not fit him. Rukou found them too..containing. He did not like being contained. That was why he was a loner. That, and his previous pack experience had left him unwilling to return to a pack life. He applauded his sister though; Rikka was the strong one. Getting over the experience. Rukou snarled loudly, wanting to forget. He curled his tail around his body, and snuggled deep down. Attempting to get sleep, which was unlikely. He never did...

::Rikka::

Rikka tore into what was left of the deer ravenously, finally happy to get her chance at their prize. She wasnt one to just dig in and make herself look like a pig, but without a good meal in weeks, she let it go. Blood stained her muzzle by the time she had finished her area, and she attempted to lick it off but with no success. She could have continued at the small piece that was left, but saw Ether nudging her way closer. Rikka looked at the little pup, stepping back. She needed it more. Rikka grinned, flicking her tail happily as she walked away to lay infront of her den. Lonesome, but then again, the pack was busy with other things at the moment. Too busy to pay attention to her. Rikka contently, she tried to be anyway, licking her muzzle and paws clean.

::Ether and Candillion::

Ether took Rikka's leave as an invitation of her own. The tiny pup pounced on what was left of the meal, digging her tiny little claws and teeth into it to get the last scraps. She didnt stop until all that was left were bones, and even then she continued on. Ether picked up a bone happily, tail raised as she pranced off to sit beside Candillion, and began to gnaw on the leftovers.

Candillion looked down to Ether and grinned, then continued to observe the area. His ears were always perked. Nothing he would let escape his attention. Can did looked sadly at the deer carcass, all picked clean. He could have had a piece himself. But no, Candillion was too proud and regal for that. He was too honorable to take it, when others needed more. He ignored his growling stomach, and bent down to lick the blood from Ether's pelt.
