Kerith frowned at the cup and reached forward, taking it and checking what it was. He frowned when he saw it was alcohol. "Come here." He said, holding his arms open for her to come into them.

Avalon shivered and slowly curled up into his lap. Her face hurt, her body hurt, everything hurt on her. She whimpered softly as she gripped closer to him, "I'm sorry..." she breathed weakly, as she rested herself in his embrace.

Kerith shook his head and frowned. "No, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have hit you. I understand you were getting threatened by me."

Avalon nodded softly and brought his hand to touch her swollen cheek, "It hurt..." she muttered softly and clung to him, and softly flinch as his palm rested against her stinging face.

Kerith nodded and stroked her cheek with his ice cold hand. "Do you want me to get you an ice pack or is my hand alright?" He asked her softly.

Avalon relaxed and shook her head, "No your hand alright..." she muttered and softly gazed up at him, "Do you hate me?" she asked quietly as she got comfortable in his lap, "You won't kill me will you?"

Kerith shook his head. "No, I don't hate you. Of course I won't kill you."

Avalon relaxed and cuddled close, "Will you force me to kill the child?" she asked weakly, "Our child..." she corrected herself quickly.

Kerith took a deep breath although he didn't need it and said, "Don't talk to me about any child." He didn't feel like answering her.
