Athena nodded as he left. "Artemis I do fear that I will be taking my uncle place. I am the next heir after all. I fear I will be able to return as well." She sighed as she looked down at the water once more.

"Mi'lady you are the next heir yes, but leaving and not returning is one thing. You can decline the offer." Artemis spoke.

"I can't if I do Kendell will be the next heir if I decline. I will not let that happen. It will ruin our family ties. I wish this was not up to me." Athena said as she looked up seeing the port approach.

Athena sighed and then leaned on the rail once again.

Artemis watched her and then looked at the ports approaching.


Shade and Julia we're talking again. They then start giggling about who would make a cute couple.

"You to are annoying. Please just stop." Jason said as he looked at them.

"Why don't you make us." Shade said.

"I will, but I must behave." Jason said as he sighed.

Sebastian opens the door to the manor lookin at the girls "you heard him... Kaname isn't awake so I guess I'll have to decide who will take over while I'm away" a sly smile appears on his face

Kaname screams waking up rubing her eyes "t-that was terrible... Sebastian.... He watched my brother... Well he is dead now I won't be like him!"

As the boat reached the port, Athena jumped out of it and began to walk towards the Carthage Manor. She sighed and then waledk quicker to make it there in time to save her uncle.

Artemis followed quickly behind her.


Shade and Julia sighed and said "Yes sir."

Jason looked at them and then sighed.


"My lady? Are you okay?" Cody asked as he turned around and spoke through the door.

Claude followed behind them holding knives in his Hand

Sebastian sigjed "you all are like the rest of my staff I tried helping it seems-- oh she must be awake.."

Kaname sigjed walkin out the door "I'm fine just a nightmare.." she stops "can I ask you something?"

Athena felt as if her and Artemis where being followed. She sighed and didn't tell Artemis. She looked up and said "Artemis. We have to hurry to my uncle's side. Please hurry and take me there."

Artemis nodded and said "Yes Mi'lady." He moved to her sighed and then picked her up and started to run towards the Manor.


"Sorry sir." Shade and Julia said as she looked at him.

Jason laid backwards on the floor and listened.


"What is it My Lady?" Cody asked.

Claude kept following thinking So they are Sebastian Michaelis friends interesting

Sebastian sighed "and you have anything to say Jason? I'm not the idiot butler you think I am"

Kaname frowns "vampires... What's all your meaning? Like sebastian a demon his is to take the souls of humans.."

Artemis stopped dead in his tracks at the Carthage Manor. "Carthage Manor Mi'lady." He spoke as he sat her down.

Athena nodded and said "Thank you."

Artemis walked towards the door and then knocked on it.

As the door opened Athena's Aunt May had been crying, was she told late? "Aunt May. A-Am I to late to help Uncle Edward?" She asked softly.

Athena's Anut nodded and then hugged Athena quickly.

Athena started to cry and then said "Artemis send word around to Uncle Edward's friends and tell them they he has past on."

"Yes Mi'lady as you sih." Artemis said as he bowed and walked in the door after they had moved.


"No sir." Jason said as he looked up at Sebastian.


Cody sighed and said "My Lady I have not a clue. I was changed only a year ago. I guess My Lady its because he feed on the pain and suffering of humans. I on the other hand do not feed on that from humans. I have kept that a well kept that a secret for a year." He hated telling people that, but he was telling the truth.

Sebastian looked at him "that's what I thought" he said "now instead of sitting there like old bums do me a favor"
