Dawnsky smiled, and stood to pad off to the warriors den. She paused quietly, looking at the fresh-kill pile longingly, hearing a growl in her stomach, before she turned to continue into the den. Other cats would need it more than she would, that she knew. The light brown she-cat curled up in a den near the center, closing her pale blue eyes to take a quick nap.

((Not much, you posted on the last page. Dawnsky and Shimmerstar had conversation and Dawnsky went to take a nap without eating so as to leave food for others in Mistclan. ^3^))

Lightningstar let out a rumble of agitation as the medicine cat worked. His pelt bristled and his blue eyes were dark.

"I like it here, no worries," He said.

Goldenheart glanced at her leader, who seemed to be deep in thought, or something else, and then looked up at the tom. She blinked in slight surprise and curled her tail around her paws neatly. "Alright," she said, and her eyes were dancing with laughter, "Then I guess I'll have two toms in my den from now on. Or two apprentices even!" She chuckled, and nudged Shadeflame. She suddenly noticed how he'd always been around. Even after Silverpaw chose to be a medicine cat and wanted her to train him. Shadeflame always had been here to help her, even before Silverpaw became an apprentice and she'd only just become a Medicine Cat.

nightclaw licked at his pelt and closed her eyes. *poor blackpelt.... he'll me scarred forever...* she thought.

blackpelt slowly opened his eyes and saw his sister "nn... nightclaw?" he asked weakly

The yellow she-cat flicked an ear once she heard Blackpelt's words. Before his sister could answer, she covered his mouth with her soft paw gently. "Hush. She's right beside you, Blackpelt. Don't talk, I don't want you wasting your energy. And don't try to move your tail just yet," She looked at the herbs smushed against his tail wound, and grabbed a flat dock leaf holding a small pile of assorted leaves mixed together. "Eat this. It's help with the healing and make you feel better," Goldenheart ordered him, but not with a very firm voice.

Shimmerstar smiled slightly before nodding to Dawnsky and turning towards the entrance. Her silver fur brushed across the brambles as she slipped through the entrance and into the snowy forest. A light snowfall had started. Will it never end? She sighed lightly before heading in the general direction of the river. Near it, there was a small clearing with a fallen tree in it's center. Shimmerstar was hoping she could find mice or squirrels scrounging on the acorns there. Her blues eyes shone with determination as she made her way there.

Ravenflight laughed. "Must have been then." He quickened his pace and raised his senses on full alert as they neared the border. "Do you think anyone crossed over it again?"

Cloversplash looked at Blackpelt sympathetically before she nodded in agreement and followed Jaystorm out of the den. "I hope he'll be okay. Nightclaw will lose her mind if he doesn't." She flicked her tail uneasily. "Mousebrained towlegs.. Why do they insist in taking their mutts off of those ties?"

Silverpaw quickened his pace as he neared the tall Pine trees. He glanced up at them before padding over to a smaller one with branches low for easy climbing. At least I'll go home with something. He jumped up on the first and then the second. On the third, he padded to the end of the branch to the prickly needles and tore off as many as he could carry. Then Silverpaw pounced back to the ground and turned towards home.

Jaystorm nodded slowly and sat down in the camp beside Cloversplash. "They're twolegs. They do what they please, no matter how stupid it may be," he meowed matter-of-factly. He licked one gray paw, and traced it over his ear, waiting.

Moonshade smiled when Ravenflight laughed and said, "I really hope not. Come on, let's check." She trotted over towards the border, a little faster this time, and started sniffing around. Her soft, dark pelt blended in with the shadows as she moved in and out of the bushes surrounding their side of the scent line.

Shadeflame chuckled. "Ill stay a warrior, Silverpaw doesnt have to worry about me taking his place." He said, smiling.

blackpelt closed his mouth and looked around. the starclan at's words in his head *scartail... or are yu still blackpelt?*

nightclaw looked at the medicine cat "do you need me to do anything for him?"

"Just keep him company. That's the best you can do for him," Goldenheart said. She looked at Shadeflame, smiling, "Alright."
