Ravenflight laughed as he lay beside her. Then he smiled at the she-cat and purred. "Well, it's true." He didn't say anything else, content to just sit in silence with her. Eventually the black tom spoke. "It's getting rather late, isn't it? Do you think anyone noticed we're even gone?"

Moonshade spoke softly without opening her eyes. "Nah. They already didn't care to notice me back when I started to sneak away here." It was sad, what she said, but true. No one truly cared for the dark warrior anyhow. Except for Ravenflight, though. She licked his back slowly, grooming him gently.

He laid his head on his paws and closed his eyes while she licked him. The warrior swished his tail over and across her back gently. "I didn't think I could be much help anyway."

Moonshade purred and smiled at him, opening her eyes. She scooted over to lick hi cheek tenderly before returning to his black back. She purred when she felt him grooming her too and said softly, "Well... you were. I'm glad you came, Ravenflight." Once done, she lay her head on his forepaws and pressed her body against his; letting out a content little sigh and closed her eyes once more.
