Halle looked back, already with her backpack on her shoulder again. "Yeah?" she asked, pausing.

[Attila The Hen]

"Do you want to go get some dinner or something?" Jason asked.

[lilt]

Instinctively, Halle's eyebrows raised. She didn't know much about Jason, but maybe dinner would be a great way to. Slowly, she asked, "As...as a date?"

[Attila The Hen]

Jason thought for a moment and nodded slightly, blushing.

[lilt]

Slowly, a smile spread across Halle's lips and she nodded. "I'd love to," she replied.

[Attila The Hen]

Jason grinned. "Great! I'll pick you up at 6." He told her, walking down the hall.

[lilt]

Halle watched him go for a moment, then quickly called after him, "Wait!" Hurriedly, she caught up with him and took out a pen, then wrote her cell phone number on the back of his hand. "Here, you'll need that."

Jason smiled widely, nodding. "See you at six." He told her, walking away.

[lilt]

Halle capped the pen and stuffed it in her bag before nodding and walking down the hall, feeling like she could fly. The embarrassing truth was, she'd only ever had two boyfriends in her life.

(I feel you Halle *Pats on back* I've only had two boyfriends as well, but I'm only 13 so its not that big a deal.) Jason did a silent fist pump, smiling.
