Halle smiled softly as he leaned in. A moment later, he pressed his lips to hers in a gentle movement, and Halle returned the kiss gently. A hand slid up and rested on his cheek softly before she pulled away, her eyes sparkling.

Halle ran a hand through her hair and smiled to herself before slowly pushing herself off of the door where she'd been leaning. Slowly, she floated upstairs and flopped backwards onto her bed, staring up at the ceiling.

Had he wanted to kiss her? Did that mean he liked her? Did she do the right thing by kissing him back? Thoughts and questions raised through Halle's mind as she laid on her bed, a strange mixed of happy and confused.
