Halle nodded and quickly looked him up and down. He was good-looking, and muscular too. From what she knew of him, he seemed to be a decent guy. Hm. Maybe she had a possible shot with him? Her gaze met his. "See you around then," she said, slinging her bag over her shoulder.

Jason looked at her. "What's your name, then?" He asked.

[lilt]

She paused in her tracks and turned to look at him over her shoulder. "Halle," she replied, looking him up and down again. "You?" Silently, she hoped she looked good. Today she'd decided to wear some dark skinny jeans with a rip in the knee, some black Converse, and a pale yellow shirt with thin straps.

Jason looked her over and smiled at the curves in her body. "Jason." He told her.

[lilt]

Halle nodded, and her hair bounced with the movement. Jason. She'd remember that. With a slight smile, she nodded. "See you later then, Jason." And with that, she headed off to class.

Jason nodded, turning and going to his own class.

When school eventually let out for the day, a sigh of relief escaped Halle's lips. Finally! Standing from her seat, she slung her backpack over her shoulder and started to head outside.

Jason was sitting in the yard of the school, smoking a cigarette.

When she got outside, Halle smelled smoke and wrinkled her nose. Her uncle had smoked before he'd died of lung cancer, and she hated the smell of it. Even so, she kept walking.

Jason smiled, seeing Halle.
