Apocalypse nodded and then sat down on her haunches next to Hazel, "Some wolves can be very unforgiving, " She said softly, "But you're lucky Hazel, to have survived an attack like this, " She said gently to her with a soft smile and a gentle demeanor. She then looked over at Gratia who seemed to be staring at her paws for no reason at all, she smiled more and then looked over at Hazel again, but not before Jayce walked in on the commotion with a chunk of meat, "There was a wounded caribou on the territory, I slew it easily, the rest is near here if you wish to feed," He said softly and brought the meat over by Apocalypse and Hazel then dissapeared into the trees.

Soul narrowed his eyes at Dark's rather sharp retort. "If you use common senses and smell, you'll find the most logical way out. If you'd been unable to smell, and you'd be deaf, how in the whole world would you manage to navigate with only eyesight?" he snapped back, getting slightly angry. He tried to control himself though, for he knew too well that things went bad when he went angry. Last time, the whole pack had been killed.

Hazel slowly nibbled on the meat, smiling up at JC when he brought it."Thank you.." She murmered, eating rather ravenously for a female.She was trying to fill herself up, regain her strength.Then she began to lick some of her wounds, worried about them.She was a mess however and blood stains from the caribou got on her white pelt.She simply shrugged however, her eyes on Alejandro and Brianna.She just felt safe with them there.

"But even smelling and hearing dosen't let you see the beauty of the world..You can find your pack's territory just by seeing it with no need to scent it out." She said rather calmly, noticing he was becoming angry.She smirked at this however, finding it almost funny to tick him off.

Soul's ear flicked irritably. "Try as you might, though you can't convince me that sight is better than smell. You can smell borders, smell who is nearby, smell everything. You can't see a wolf hidden behind lots of trees and bushes, and you can't see the border before you realize you're actually there." he said, having a feeling that she was simply toying with him to check how far she could push him. She doesn't realize what game she's playing... he thought and closed his eyes, his claws digging into the ground furiously.

Gratia shivered a bit, feeling the anger rising off of Soul, his temperature had risen and his tone had changed in an instant, Dark seemed to be angry too. She whimpered a bit, not being very good at handling fights she stood up and padded off towards where JC had went, she soon smelled meat, very fresh too, her stomach growled a bit and she remembered how hungry she was, she padded nearer and heard JC, he was laying a bit away form the kill gnawing on a bone, she neared the dead caribou and then began to eat a little bit.

"Hmm..Maybe you're right.After all, you can fairly judge others without eyesight." She said sweetly, teasing him.He wasn't wrong, she was trying to push him.And she could tell that he was getting fairly angry."Come now, why don't we all eat?" She offered to all of them but kept her eyes on Soul, softly chuckling at him.Then she left, passing by him and followed Gratia to the caribou, beginning to eat.

Alejandro nodded to Brianna and left also, leaving Brianna with Hazel.They were better together than if he had stayed, he supposed.He could see the other wolves eating also and he felt rather awkward in this situation.He knew he was welcome to stay but was he allowed to eat too?He nibbled on the caribou a bit, feeling more and more comfortable as nobody interrupted him.He then began taking large bites but still left much for Gratia and Dark.

Dark was slightly annoyed by it, unsure if he was planning to stay or not and didn't want him to just take food and leave.But she paid no mind to it, ignoring it.She turned her head as she saw Nick coming too but he didn't begin to eat yet.Even if he was the alpha's son, he didn't take too much advantage of his power.He would allow the other wolves to eat before he did.

Soul snarled softly, his eyes shining softly with anger. As she left to eat he took in a deep breath though, trying his best to keep calm. Last time he had lost control, his whole pack and family had to pay for it. Everything had happened so quickly, and once he had regained control over himself he had found his family dead at his paws. It had disturbed him, though now he knew for sure that anger was an emotion even he couldn't control. He doubted he should stay for that exact reason, but the life in a pack was a life he had dearly missed the last months. He didn't rise to get food for himself, and laid his head on the ground, his thoughts rushing through his head.

JC looked up from where he was laying, he had cracked the bone open and was licking out the marrow from it, his favorite part, even if it was some work ot get to it, he kept his head low and still watched them for a while, not feeling the need to say anything at all if he stayed quiet.

Gratia soon ate her fill and padded over near JC but he felt as if he didn't want to be bothered, she layed down a distance away and licked her paws quietly, thinking about how Soul's anger had bristled when Dark and him had argued, she honestly felt fine with her blindness, she hadn't gotten bitter about it, but she did get upset about it every so often.

Alejandro flinched when he heard the bone crack, not used to that sound.After eating, he looked at Gratia, watching her curiously.And the other male seemed to want to be alone."Are you okay?" He asked, padding away from the kill and nudging Gratia gently with his nose.

Nick watched them for a few more moments then noticed that Soul wasn't there.He left, searching for him, finding him back at the place where Dew was healing."Why aren't you eating with the rest of us?" He sat down next to Soul, wondering what had happened while he was gone.

Soul's eyes was determinedly closed, breathing in heavily. Relaxing and feeling the softness around him, trying to avoid the crazyness he'd experienced a few months ago. He could feel the presence of a wolf nearby, and opened his eyes. He had barely met this wolf before, so he didn't really recognize the scent either. The calm voice told him it was another member of the pack though. "Needed time to relax. Can't get that when I'm around Dark. Obviously she enjoys teasing me about my blindness, as well as testing how far she can stretch the borders before I start snapping at her. It's a good thing they got some food." he muttered, not really in a talkative mood.
