Mercury instantly rebuked to his mother's command. "No! H'es important! We ca't run him out like a loner." His eyes travelled to his littermates. "Come on! He said somethign about the prophecy! don't yo uwant to know what that it?" The wolf's tail was wagging furiously behind him as he spoke.

Snow almost curled her lip up at her brother's proposition, but she could see where her brother was coming from. She suddenly remembered the twirling design on her face and blinked her yellow eyes, though she didn't move a fraction.

Grim growled again at Thunder's barkings, which sent a flock of birds int othe air in surprise. Please, be quiet! He silently begged and looked at Sinnoch as he began to talk.
"I shall not leave until my message-" He began quietly.
"What message, then?" growled Grim.
Sinnoch's brown eyes gleamed at the dragga's interuption, but e was a patient wolf. The male began. "The master is waiting for you where drappas rule the land. In a city, long forgotten by man. There, in the ruins, you'll find your answer. But, heed my warning, of the moonlit dancers." The stranger smield again, but slyly.
Grim seemed baffled, bu Sinnoch was already turning away. "What does that mean?" He snarled, stepping forward. "Hey!" The barked, but the strong wolf did not stop. Soon, Sinnoch was swallowed up by the drowsy forest.

Mercury whined as Sinnoch passed him, eyes heavy with confusion, as so was Snow's.

Thunder kept on barking, his eyes dark. He still listened to their conversation... but he didn't stop barking. Once the wolf told them the prophecy, then he hushed up and slowly padded a little closer. "The master is waiting for you where drappas rule the land. In a city, long forgotten by man. There, in the ruins, you'll find your answer. But, heed my warning, of the moonlit dancers." He stuck that in his memory and looked around before his eyes landed on his father. "Where's Illusion?" he asked.

"Hush up, Mercury." Blossom growled and looked back towards the wolf, baffled. She blinked her eyes, listening to the wolf. "What...?" she whispered softly and barked after the wolf once he padded away. "Come back here!"

"He's gone." Grim growled, almost annoyingly. He looked at Blossom, his gray eyes wide. "What did he mean?" he whined, can't but feeling helpless.

Mercury flattened his ears as Blossom snapped at him, but he was whining nervously as his parents spoke softly to themselves. He looked at Thunder and Snow. "Yes, we need to tell Illusion." the wolf whispered, his voice husky and dense.

"Them let's go find her!" Growled Snow abrutply, hackles raised as she began to pad out int othe forest, tail frizzing. "C'mon!" The pretty white wolf barked behind her shoulder.

Blossom turned her gaze to the ground as she scraped it with her paw. "I don't know." she whispered. "It must be the prophecy." she whispered, lifting her head slowly to meet Grim's gaze.

Thunder looked up at his sister and started running after her. "She probably left, Snow! It's no use!" he yelled, trying to keep up with his determined littermate. He liked Illusion, but at times, he felt like she was an outcast among them.

Grim sighed. "If it isn't, then I'm a badger." He growled and looked over at Conri, its peaks glaring down at the moutains maliciously. "We need to get halfway to the top by nightfall." Teh wolf growled, turnign to Bossom. "Round up the children, we're setting off now."

Mercury had heard what his fatehr said, and his vocie suddenly rose in shock. "We can't leave! We need to follow Sinnoch." But as Grim snarled, the juvenile flattened his ears.

Snow had stopped at Thunder's voice,and she lowered her head as her eyes took in the forest before her."Illusion!" Her shril voice yipped, calling for her sister.

Grim suddenly lifted his muzzle, and a howl escaped his lips as he called for the missing wolf.

Blossom ducked her head, feeling ashamed and stupid. "Sorry." she murmured and nodded to his second statement. She looked over at Mercury and told him sternly, "Go find your siblings and bring them back. Illusion will be back before we know it."

Thunder finally caught up to his sister, his paws pounding against the ground. "Illusion!" he barked, looking around as they ran. "Come out!" he yelled, slightly confused about where his sister was.

By then, Illusion was a good amount of land away from her family, and was not planning on coming back. She started trotting when she heard her siblings calling, not wanting it to be true. "Go away." she whispered to herself.

Grim growled inpatiently. "Where's that blasted she-wolf? She'll hold up our whole journey!"

Mercury nodded at Blossom's order and sprang away into the forest, silver body swallowed up. His paws were loud on the ground as he sprinted thorugh it, eyes searching and nose twitching as he tried to find his sister. "Illusion, where are you? C'mon, no time to play, we have to leave."

Snow sat down deftly, her mind blazing with quesitons. "I hope she hasn't gotten into trouble," the she-wolf whined to Thunder. But whenever she overheard Blossom, she got to her paws and quickly lolloped up to her. "Where are we going?"

"Calm down, Grim." Blossom whispered, her voice soothing. She touched her nose to his ear and then looked back at Snow. "Wherever the prophecy leads up." she answered truthfully, shrugging her shoulders.

Thunder looked up and started running back with his sister, panting hard.

Illusion blocked out all sounds around her, but she couldn't help but whine. She lied down and curled up, putting her tail over her nose and sighing. "They hate me, they hate me." she reminded herself over and over again, sighing with defeat.

Grim stared into the dark forest. "If she isn't here in an hour, then we leave her." His voice was so low that it voiced judgment, that no one should argue.

Mercury called again. "Illusion!" After a moment, he was about to call again when he nearly ran across the small she-wolf. He skidded to a hault and stared at her, markings on his face jutting akwardly. "Illusion! Didn't yo uhear me calling?" he barked, somewhat annoyed that she hadn't answered.

Snow stared at her mother, but said nothing.

Blossom blinked and turned around, sighing. "Okay." she said and wandered into their den, the slighest frown on her face.

Illusion looked up once her brother was towering over her. "I did." she replied calmly and sighed. "Dad doesn't want me. I don't want to go back then... I don't even know why you came to me. Surely you feel the same way as dad?" she asked, no emotion in her voice.
