Mercury hesitated, unsure of leaving the pretty she-wolf by herself, then loped away with his nose plastered to the ground. His tai swished excitedly as the scent grew fresher as he drew closer, and he was just breaking out into a small clearing when his nose bumbped into the leg of a wolf. The male raised his head, eyes gleaming as he recognized his sister. "Illusion!" he yipped happily, tail furiously wagging and paws jittering liek an excited pup.

Illusion slowly looked over her shoulder and her green eyes widened when she saw her brother. At first she thought that it was a dream come true, but then she realized, that yes, he was standing there. "Mercury!" she yelled and started running towards him. She tackled him to the ground and started licking his face over and over again. "What're you doing here?"

Mercury yipped in joy as his sister tackled him to the ground, shutting his eyes as her tongue travelled over his face. "We had to find you and bring you back to our camp!" He answered. "And guess what? You may be apart of the prophecy!"

Illusion smiled happily and jumped off her brother's chest, curling up right besides him. "Wait, what? Really?! That's great news... but I don't know if I want to go back." she said, her voice growing softer. She frowned softly, looking up at him.

Mercury's smile faded. "Why not?" He asked.

"I don't know... I guess that I felt out of place." Illusion said quietly and shrugged her shoulders. "But if you want me to, then I will!" she said and slowly heaved herself up to her paws and shook her fur.

Mercury blinked, relieved at Illusion's easy retreat. He swung around, then began to lope back the way he came. "Good! Let's go; Moram is probably impatient by now," he explained behind his shoulder.

"Who's Moram?" Illusion barked, beginning to race after him. (( WB ))

Mercury shrugged as he picked up the pace. "She's sister to Raseem, and, get this; they're both the fortune-teller-leader-things of the whole place. Moram is very nice, but Raseem is...well, she's a grouch." He laughed at this as he ducked his head to avoid a scorched, low-hanging branch. The world was warming up fast. Mercury paused in his footsteps and looked at Illusion, spilling what had kept his mind stormy ever since he looked at Moram. "Funny," he began, "Moram looks just like you." Then he shrugged again, then dove into the forest in his quick-paced lope. Finally, they reached the place where he had left Moram,and he grinned brightly. "See? Told you I found her," he barked and side-stepped to let the fortune-teller look.

Illusion's gaze was a little confused, but she continued to nod and run after her brother. "Fortune tellers?" she echoed, catching up with Mercury. "Weird." she whispered, more to herself than to him, but then she continued with, "Really? Looks just like me?! I can't wait to meet---" she slid to a stop and looked up at the wolf with pretty blue eyes staring right at her. "--her."

Moram looked up and gave the panting wolf a lick on his ear and thanked him before she turned back to Illusion. "Wow. You weren't kidding when you said we looked like, Mercury." she said softly as a little smile flickered upon her face.
