Mercury's brow furrowed as Moram spoke. "You mean Illusion? Why?"

"Prophecy reasons. Come on, pup." Moram said softly and started walking towards the camp's entrance, her tail slowly swishing back and forth.

Mercury glanced behind his shoulder at Snow and Thunder, excitement pulsing through his veins. But his vocie was reassuring as he spoke. "Don't worry, I'll be back before you know it." Then he winked and loped after Moram with his tail held high. "So!" he began. "Why do we need my sister?"

"You talk a lot." Moram said softly and looked back at the excited wolf. Her voice was quiet and dull, but she was always kind when she spoke. "We think she might be a part of the prophecy." she murmured and blinked her blue eyes as they padded out of camp.

Mercury blinked in utter surprise. "Illusion? Be apart of the prophecy? But she bears no clue that she's special."

"Stop whining. I know a lot more than you do, pup." Moram growled and began to walk a little faster, which still wasn't very fast, so she wouldn't have to continue her conversation with Mercury.

Mercury flattened his ears and watched Moram speed up ahead of him. After a moment, he quickened his own pace with his longer limbs and easily caught up to the she-wolf.

Moram slowed down and coughed a little as she rested her head against Mercury's shoulder to keep her from stopping. "I hope she's close." she whispered.

Mercury loped on, nose twitching as he tried to search for any scents of his adopted sister. Suddenly, he stopped, ears perked. "I smell her," he murmured and put his nose to the ground to follow the trail.

"Okay, you go get her. I'll stay here." Moram said softly and slowly began to lie down. She curled up and lied her head down on her paws as she watched Mercury.
