Matthew

Matthew attempted to defend Nicolete's sword off with his arm, "Would you stop that?" he said, backing up a little. He grumbled at the fact that of all the people in the school who could be his roommate, it just had to be her.

Joey

Joey looked around the room, noticing that it was nice. "Lucion?" she said, stepping inside, admiring the room some more.

She let out another growl, bringing her katana back to herself. "No, I don't think I will, you mongrel," she said to Matthew, taking another step closer to him. She clutched it a little harder, slashing the wooden sword down at Matthew's arm, determined to make some sort of injury to the male.

He blinked, the sound of a girl's voice disrupting him out of his thoughts. He turned his head back, the image of Joey breaking into his view. A small smile came to his lips, relieved that his roommate was someone that he had met before. "Oh, hello Joey. This is a nice dorm, and you must be my roommate," he said to her, turning around fully now.

Matthew

Before she could slash out with the sword again, he snatched it from her. He quickly flung it across the hallway, "Geez," he mumbled, shaking his head.

Joey

"Hi," Joey said, smiling. "It is nice, isn't it?" she said, walking in a little further and setting down her binders on one of the tables in the room.

[NOO, MY SWORD. MY BEAUTIFUL SWORD. xD]

She blinked, watching the katana being snatched out of her hands and thrown across the hallway. She let out a small hiss at Matthew, stepping on his foot hard now. She quickly ran towards her sword, picking it up and clutching it harder now. She really didn't like that guy or whoever he was.

He nodded, walking towards the other table. "Yeah, I guess it is. All I have is English homework," he said to Joey, a small sigh escaping from his lips. He really didn't like to do homework, and he usually coppied from other people. He sat down on the small chair, cranking his neck around. It was somewhat tense from the day's activities.

Matthew

"Ouch!" he grumbled when Nicolete stepped on his foot. He didn't really know why that sword was so special to her or something. At least she stopped hitting him with it, that was good.

Joey

"Me too," Joey said. She pulled her suitcase in and opened it up. "Are you hungry or something? I have like, some noodles I could make," she said.

[B-But...IT'S SPECIAL. xD]

She took a step closer to Matthew, about to strike him again. Suddenly, a loud growl emitated from her stomach, and she stopped, taking a step back. A small blush appeared on her face and she started to sway side to side, falling backwards onto her back. She hadn't eaten for a whole day now.

He let out a small smile, scratching his head. "Erm...sure. Thanks," he said to Joey, taking out a notebook from his backpack. One thing he enjoyed to do in his spare time was to write, and that was one of his hobbies that he normally did. He flipped through the pages, his pencil tapping against the desk.

Matthew

Matthew took a step back, and then Nicolete fell. "Uh, are you okay?" he said, standing over her. He still kept his distance though, not wanting to be hit by the sword again.

Joey

Joey took out a package of noodles and turned on the stove. She poured some water in a pan and set in on the stove, waiting for it to begin to boil.

[WELL THEN, FINE. I NO TELL YOU STORY OF SWORD. xD]

She blinked, letting out a small groan. She still had her headache and stomach ache, not really in the mood of talking. Her stomach growled again, and a small blush still remained on her face. She would have to deal with Matthew later. She slowly pushed herself up and passed Matthew, walking back into the dorm, and collasping on the bed.

He started to write his thoughts down, stopping for a moment or two to think. He heard the small sizzle of water, and took a glance behind him. Joey was making noodles and was standing in the kitchen. "Do you know what the classes are for tomorrow?" he asked her, his voice light and calm.

Matthew

Matthew just kind of stood there awkwardly in the doorway, not really wanting to come in. "..do you need anything?" Matthew asked, taking a step back just in case.

Joey

The water started to boil, and Joey tossed the whole pack of noodles into the pot. "Yeah, first Chemistry and then band, for me at least," she replied, mixing the noodles around a bit.

She closed her eyes, still remaining on top of the bed. "Hungry..." she murmured, her stomach growling again. She didn't really care if Matthew was in the dorm right now or not. She pushed her head deeper into the covers, curling up into a little ball, which was quite easy due to her small size.

He nodded, thinking for a moment. He had never played an instrument before, and he was probably going to be bad at it. He let out a sigh, scratching his head. "I never played an instrument before..." he say to Joey, taking out his schedule. And, sure enough, he had Chemistry and then Band.
