[Ashki]

Matthew

Matt, rubbing his chin a little, walked down the hall towards the gym. He liked Physical Education a lot more than English, but was beginning to get a bit of a headache after Nicolete had punched him. He shook it off and continued.

Joey

Joey looked over to Lucion "Yep, that's where I'm heading. Physical Education," she said, "I noticed you were new, what's your name?" she added. "I'm Joey."

She stared at the window beside her, blinking. The rain was coming to a slow stop and a steady shine of light broke through the dark clouds. She rubbed her eyes, punching Matthew had given her a headache and she was starting to get a stomachache. She let out a soft groan, reaching the gym at last.

He shuffled his feet, scratching his head. He was quite relieved that she didn't say anything about his appearance or anything. "Erm...I'm Lucion. Nice to meet you, Joey," he said to her, his voice somewhat louder and calmer now.

Matthew

Matt reached the gym. Seeing Nicolete enter, he grumbled. Great. Another period with her. Hopefully he could still avoid her. She could see Joey talking with Lucion as well, apparently they were heading to Physical Education as well.

Joey

"Nice to meet you, too," Joey said, smiling. She reached the gym and walked in with the flow of other students coming in. The worst part about Physical Education was the coach.

Nicolete entered the gym, quickly veering towards the locker room. She let out a small yawn, opening the door hastily. She walked in, quickly changing into her gym outfit. It consisted of a plain white shirt and a pair of long red pants. Exiting the locker room, she looked at Matthew, her eyes glinting for a moment.

Lucion followed Joey into the gym, walking towards his respected locker room. He changed into the predicted gym uniform and cranked his neck around, quite anxious to get this class over with. He didn't like to participate normally and it seemed like they were playing dodgeball.

Matthew

Matt wandered over to the locker rooms and quickly changed into his gym clothes. He walked back out. Dodge ball, excellent. He knew that he was going to have to avoid Nicolete if they were on separate teams.

Joey

Joey walked into the locker rooms and got changed. She liked dodge ball, and hopefully she would get a good team. She went back out into the gym where identically dressed students were chatting before class started.

Nicolete set herself onto a wall, the bell ringing in her ears. The teacher had walked into the center of the room, a dodgeball in his hand. "We shall be playing dodgeball today. There are no rules. The teams are..." he started to call off names. She let out a sigh, walking towards one side of the gym.

Lucion blinked, listening to the coach call out teams. He was with Matthew and a bunch of other students. On the opposite team, there was Nicolete and Zoey. He let out a sigh, walking to the side where his team was. Hopefully, this class would go by quickly.

Matthew

Great, Nicolete was on the opposing team. Just what he didn't want. He crossed his arms and waited for the teacher to finish reading off names so that they could start the game.

Joey

Joey and that Nicolete girl were on one side, Lucion on the other team. And so was Matthew, who Joey noticed had come in late today. She also noticed that there was a bruise on his chin. Where did that come from?

[~Tosuka~]

Nicolete watched the coach, letting him start the game. Sound erupted around her, a dozen kids pushing foward and grabbing the red balls on the grous. She took a deep breath, and grabbed a ball, her eyes finding Matthew on the other side. She threw the ball hard, directing it at his face.

Lucion blinked, his ears ringing from the noise around him. He let out a sigh, catching a ball in between his two hands. He twirled it there, throwing a ball hard at Nicolete's stomach. He didn't know who else to hit, not really wanting to hit Joey.

Matthew

Matthew knew that Nicolete was aiming for him and he quickly ducked out of the way. It would have hurt if the ball had hit him. He picked up a couple of the red dodge balls around them and threw them, hard, to the other side. Usually hitting someone. He dodged out of the way of a couple throws.

Joey

Joey caught a ball that was thrown my someone from the other team. She threw it back, barely missing. She shrugged, looking around for another ball but making sure that she wasn't going to unexpectedly get hit.

She easily dodged the ball Lucion aimed at her, her eyes still watching Matthew. She let out a small sigh, grabbing another red ball that was suspended on the ground. She twirled it in her hand, throwing it at him again, making it aim towards his head. She had to hit him at least once this game.

He swerved to the side, two ball missing his head. It seemed like the other students really wanted to "show the game" to the new kid. He scratched his head, catching another ball in the palm of his hand. He tilted his arm back, throwing a ball at Joey, not adding that much force to the throw.
