At measure 34 Matthew began playing the melody with the flutes. He played the accents extra loud. (I'm playing this song in band right now, so I know. xD)

Joey

Joey played the harmony while the flutes played the melody.

(Haha, good job. xD)

Nicolete played the harmony with everyone else, the flute solo coming up in two measures. She repressed a sigh, starting to hear everyone else die down. She blinked, her fingers moving from key to key, each note played with precision and harmony.

Matthew

Matthew listened, the flute part sounded awesome, the skill, tone, the-- wait, that was Nicolete playing!

Joey

Joey listened to the flute solo. She had some rests for a few measures.

(Ah, Matthew's reaction. Priceless. xD)

Nicolete kept playing, her eyes blinking as her solo came to an end. She stopped playing then, greeted with a few measures of silence. She let out a small sigh, listening to the band erupt around her.

Matthew

Matthew quickly switched over to the bells and began playing the melody with the trumpet. Up next came an amazing french horn part that Matthew was almost mesmerized by. (I love french horns so much, sorry. xD)

Joey

Joey played quietly as the french horns played the melody, and then played the heavily accented few measures.

(No problem. xD)

Nicolete watched the paper, the class starting to come an end. She placed the piece of music into a folder, the rest of the song just measures of silenced for her.

Drake stood outside of the band room.

(Bully alert. xD)

[Ashki]

(Uh oh.)

Matthew

Matthew packed up his music and put it in his beat up folder, getting ready for geography.

Joey

Joey packed up, taking off her mouth piece and putting away her reed. Darn it, band was over way to fast!

[~Tosuka~]

[Meep. xD]

She blinked, starting to stand up and yawn. She walked towards the band director, her backpack slung over her shoulders. She would wait to leave class until everyone else left first. "When will the first practice start?" she asked Mr. Evans.

He let out a small sigh, quickly packing up his things. He really needed the practice after school with Mr. Evans. He adjusted his backpack, starting to leave the classroom and head towards Chemistry.

"I'm scheduling practices now. I'll send out emails later," he said, "Nice job on your flute solo. You're an excellent player!"

Matthew headed out of the band room, ready for chemistry.

Joey
Joey snatched up her binderand put her sax in storage. She would come and get it later. She headed off towards chemistry.
