Zelfmoord sighed and ignored the glares. It was hard to do. Mostly everyone was watching them with close eyes. "Stereotyping..." she whispered, clenching her fist and walking on.

"You cannot spell stereotype without stop," Quentin said nudging ZelfMoord's shoulder. He smiled, "Don't worry. We will be back and everything will be the same again." As he said it, he didn't believe it himself.

I have to leave chicken smoothie, but I may check up now and again. Sorry.

God is the greatest artist
To whom no one can compare,
Streaking sunsets very beautiful,
Painting rainbows in the air.
Brushing green the hillside scene,
Blotting blue the sky above,
Splashing flowers 'cross the ground beneath,
Shading white clouds with His glove.
Of the wonders God has made
There is none that is so fair
As the smile He paints upon your face
When you realize He's there.

ZelfMoord let a faint smile take her face again. "It's amazing." she said, shaking her head slightly. "How you can stay so positive about this." she let out a soft laugh, leaning on him gently as they walked. "God how much farther is this town, it's not very big..." she said, looking forward in the distance to see a line of trees.

"When you are in a bad mood, things seem to stretch."
"Amazing really," he said. He looked at the sky. Thick grey clouds loomed overhead. Oh how he wished this happened in summer. The mighty sun may have made this a tad bit easier than the bitter cold.

ZelfMoord shrugged, "Well at least we are close. I can't wait to get away from these nosy people." she grinned, looking up a bit to see two kids approaching them, their mother quickly grabbing them and pulling them back. ZelfMoord sighed and put her hood over her head.

Quentin looked around the old village and something felt like it wrenched his heart out of his chest. The line of home thinned out. The looming forest closing in.
"Think of it as a vacation,'" he whispered.

ZelfMoord closed her eyes and sighed. "Some vacation." she muttered, feeling her feet hit the grass. They were out of town now. "So... What do we do now?" she asked, relief flooding over her.

Quentin smiled.
"Now, we hunt."
He picked up speed and moved in front of ZelfMoord, holding back branched and brush.

ZelfMoord smiled, walking steadily behind him. "Of course, I'm Starving." she said, sniffing the air to see if she could smell anything. She stayed cautious of anything harmful.

"Tough it out," Quentin said. "It is middle of winter. We won't be eating good for a few months. We would be lucky to find deer or a rabbit."
He sighed. He actually was hungry.
