Max growled and angrily opened the car door, getting out. He narrowed his eyes at Dawn and started walking down the gravel road, leaving her alone.

Cherry shrugged,
"It's just that-" She looked at him wierdly and got out her phone, staring at the screen. Cherry's eyes frosted over again and she showed it to Zach, speechless.

Dawn groaned and hopped out,
"Max, Wait.." She caught up to him and looked him if the eyes, "Max, I-I want to but I..I just can't.." She looked down helplessly, 'I get it if you hate me-" She sighed, "Bye.." She turned and began walking away from him.

Zach sighed,
"Well, Dawn hasn't forgotten.." He looked at Cherry, "She and Max deserve a chance.."

Max growled and picked her up, pushing her back into his car. Just as it started to rain. He sighed and shut the door, taking his strawberry gun and leaving. This time, for real.

Cherry's face fell,
"Wow. You make me feel even better!" She said bitterly and walked off, towards the bus stop.

Zach growled and followed her,
"Well sorry for actually thinking outside of the promise zone for a minute ! I mean seriously !" He sighed, "You still love Max.."

Dawn cried out as she watched him leave,
"Max.." She croaked and sobbed.

Cherry wipped around, eyes narrowed,
"I don't." She said through gritted teeth.

"Seems like it.." Zach hissed lightly and pulled Cherry towards him.

"I need to find Dawn, you coming?" She asked.

Zach sighed and kissed her softly,

Cherry's face flickered with a smile,
"Do you have a car?"
