Portal/2 Roleplay Invite Only

Maliki watched as Derek fired portals over the place. She wasn't actually watching him, just deep in thought. Ch... Che... That was it!
"Chell! Chell! Her name was Chell!" she blurted out, smiling a little.

Jacob looked over. "Chell. Cool. Lucky." he said, shooting portals randomly.

[CJClaire]

"Chell, huh?" Derek said. "Interesting name. I wish I was her, I hate this place." He sighed, looking at the white spot high up on the wall. He shot a portal there, then jumped through the portal next to his feet, falling down from the wall, he tried to concentrate and shoot a portal at the spot he was falling towards. He shot a portal, then landed on his feet, hard, missing the portal by a few feet. "Ow-ch..." He muttered. "That didn't work..."

Jacob frowned. This chamber seemed impossible! "This stinks"

GLaDOS: She laughed. "I told you fun was the last thing you'd find this place."

[CJClaire]

"Oh, but this is super fun!" Derek said to GLaDOS sarcastically, rolling his eyes. "I could-" He stopped himself. He didn't really want to do these tests forever. He retried jumping in the portal, and falling from the top, and shooting the portal at the ground for more momentum. After a third try, he got it, and found himself slamming into the wall opposite the portal, and falling to the ground.

"It's like your trying to kill us..." He muttered, checking himself over to make sure he didn't break anything.

GLaDOS: "Well, now you mention it..." she said suggestedly then laughed.

"Wow, you must have a really sick sense of humor if you find that funny" Jacob said, disgusted. He shot a few portals around, and ran through them. "This. Is. Impossible!!!"

[CJClaire]

"You better be joking." Derek said, frowning. If she was trying to kill them... He'd... Well, he'd do something. He looked at Jacob. "And your right. It is..." He shot portals randomly on the wall.

"Why can't you just tell us how to do this? Or give us a hint?" Derek said, glaring at a camera.

GLaDOS: ''Don't fall for my traps and you'll be fine. And I can't tell you. I'll give you a hint; your long-fall boots will be of use.''

Jacob grinned. ''Got it! Well... I hope I got it''. He shot a portal on the ground next to him, then one on the ceiling above him. He jumped through the one next to him, then came hurtling therough the one on the ceiling. Before he hit the floor he put his boots out and sprung off the metal bit on the back. He landed on the platform next to the Companion Cube. ''Woo!!! Got it!'' he yelled triumphantly.

((Wait... You're Canada now? Hmmm?! xD. I'm Canadaaa!!))

Derek grinned. "Sweet!" He exclaimed. "Can you see the button?!" He shouted, looking for it. Because he hadn't seen one yet.

"Uummmm..." Jacob looked around. "Can't see it... There!" he suddenly yelled, pointing. Then he realised he was looking through a portal. "Hmm. It's through a portal... How did that get there?"
