Absent nods lightly "Anytime. Uh, I'm sorry, I don't usually leave the park." He scratched the back of his head in embarrassment.

Hybrid shrugs, "It's fine don't worry about it." She yawns slightly, "We can just go home."

[Sprite Boxen]

Absents fallows close behind "Alright." he kept aware of his surroundings to make sure his mother or anyone else wasn;t out to get him.

As Hybrid walked home she stuck close to Absent seeing how jumpy he was. "So for dessert I was thinking ice-cream?" She says after awhile to lighten the mood and break the silence.

[Sprite Boxen]

Absent flinches and looks at her "Sure, sounds great." his seemed shakey and uneasy.

[Hybrid]

Hybrid looks at him slightly before wrapping her arm with his. "We're almost home don't worry." She says gently.

Absent hadn't realized how jumpy he was and looks at her "Alright" he spoke rather lightly.

[Hybrid]

Smiling up at him Hybrid walked faster until she was running, "C'mon Absent, I'll race yah!" She lets go of his arm as she sprinted, her lithe yet strong legs propelling her forward the bag from the store held firmly in her arm.

Absent blinks before darting after her, almost dropping to a primal state and running to all fours, but to for the safety of what dignity he had left he refrained.
