Hayley smiled. "Bye. I guess," she said.
Bailey turned around. "Come on Hayley. If he wants to leave he can. We can't stop him," she said sadly.
Hayley looked up and nodded. "I know but it just doesn't feel right." She started walking. "And Matt, just remember you are always welcomed here," she said smiling. Hayley wrapped her arm around Bailey and they walked back to the house.

"Yeah, thanks.." he said bleakly. He pushed one hand into his pocket and looked down at his phone. He unlocked it and went back to Amber's number. He dialed it and waited for her to pick up.
Amber, half asleep in the lap of a female sophomore, pushed herself up off the couch and excused herself to the kitchen. She pulled out her phone from her pocket and answered the phone. "Hello?"
"Amber, I need you to come get me. Aaron's in jail and I ran away from home."
She raised a brow. "Oh my God. Where are you?" she said, already digging for her car keys and heading tothe door.
"Elmore drive. Know where that is?"
"Yeah, I'll be there as soon as I can, don't move."

Hayley and Bailey watched out the window. Hayley looked over at Bailey and frowned. "So I guess he's leaving for good," she said.
Bailey nodded. "Yea," she said sadly. Bailey went up to her room and watche out her ther window which faced where Matt was. She watched to see who came and got him.
Hayley sighed. She continued watching, but felt bad.

Matt had sat down in the grass, waiting on Amber. When she pulled up in her compact car, Matt stood up. Amber parked the car and got out, going tothe funk and opening it. When Matt looked at her confused, she rolled her eyes. "The button to open it won't work." Matt threw his stuff inside and closed it. "Still?" And he made his way to the passenger side. "Yeah,"
Amber got behind the wheel, put the car in drive, and drove off.

Bailey watched as the girl pulled up.
Hayley gasped at the sight of the girl in the car.
Bailey shook her head. She sighed and layed on her named after they had pulled off.
Hayley watched as they left and shook her head in disbelief. She felt like she had to do something. She remembered that she had texted her from his phone and had his number. She was sneaky with things like that. She pulled out her phone and texted him, 'Hey. Who was the chick?'.

Matt felt his phone go off in his pocket and he immediately checked it, hoping it was Aaron or someone who knew about him. Instead he was disappointed when he saw it was the number he let Bailey text. Her furrowed a brow at it and replied back, 'My friend, what dies it matter?'

'I was just asking and do you know who this is?' Hayley texted him. She went ip to Bailey's room. "Omg!! I'm testing Matt!!" Hayley said.
Bailey shook her head. "You are so stupid. He's not gonna come back stupid," she said smiling.
Hayley rolled her eyes. "He might. Stop doubting!" she said laughing. She sat down on the bed and waited for a reply.

Matt felt his phone go off again and he groaned in frustration. Amber looked over at him fir a short second before putting her eyes back on the road. 'Yeah, I know it's Hayley.'

'Oh alright. I'm just gonna get to it. Are you ever gonna talk to us or hang out with us again?' Hayley texted him. Her and Bailey looked at eachother. He was a part of their lives and now strangely they felt incomplete. They were both anxious to hear what he was going to say back.

'idk, maybe' He hit reply and growled angrily. Amber again looked over at him. "Maybe you should just turn it off." she said as she looked back at the road. "I'm a out to.." he said lowly.
