Camron walked back to his class and waited for his students to come in. He heard some of them talking about Naomi. He sighed "OK in my classroom you can't talk about other students like that." he sighed. He thought he was helping her, he did not relize that it was going to do this to her. He knew this was his falt and he felt bad about it. He desided he would appologise to her when he saw her next.

Naomi sat in the back of the choir room and burried her face in her backpack. She sighed quietly and watched her classmates staring at her. She closed her eyes and slipped on her headphones. Her frown disappeared slightly, but was not replaced by a smile. She tapped her fingers on her knee in time to the music.

Camron sighed. He started to teach the class aboutthe same poets he had taught the other class. Then talked about the same poem. He did not sound as exsided as he had before. He was more monotone. He kept glanceing at the clock waiting for school to end.

Camron smiled slightly as the bell rang signaling the end of the last period. The kids in his walked out and Camron went into the hall way to look for Naomi. He knew her locker was close because he remembered passing her when he was walking to his class when she was at her locker. He kept looking around.

Naomi stepped towards her locker and spotted Camron. She sighed quietly, not wanting to face him. She waited around a corner to see if he would leave after a while. After a few minutes she knew he wasnt going. She sighed and kept her head down, walking to her locker and opening it quietly.

Camron looked and spotted her at her locker. He walked over through the small croud that was still in the hallway. "Can I talk to you for a minute?" He asked. He thought about what he was going to say. He hoped she was not too mad at him.

Naomi shrugged. "Sure." she said quietly. She didn't look up at him. She kept her head in her locker, partly because she didn't want to look at Camron, partly because she wanted to stay hidden from the other students. "What about?" she asked quietly, rifling through her bag.

"what I did in your math class today. It was stupid and childish. But more importantly I am truly sorry about it." He said. It was easy to tell he was sincere. He looked around the only people left in the hall was Naomi and himself. He looked back at her. Waiting for her to say something.

Naomi kept her head in her locker. "No sweat." she muttered. "I'll be gone in a few weeks anyways so they can mock me all they want then." she said quietly. She shut her locker and looked up at him. "I need to re-evaluate my carreer choices anyways." she said, a hint of sadness in her voice. "See you tomorrow." she said. She turned to go, thinking she might go to a small park or grove of trees or something untill it got dark.
