Fenrir nodded. "I like it. It suits you." He said, offering a smile, though it didn't really reach his eyes. He was still wary of the girl, but something was tugging on his consciousness, a warm feeling. It was tiny, like a little ember waiting to be kindled, waiting to be fed. It was a new feeling, something that he might have felt before, but pushed away for fear of turning it into a blazing fire. It was hard to control fire, and only certain people really had the talent to do it. Did he really want to venture so far as to attempt to reign in the flame if it got too wild? Perhaps. He'd always been a more outgoing person, always trying new things. That had really been the only reason he'd allowed his parents to let him see all those women that were potential 'brides to be'.
Jasmine snorted and pawed the ground, then suddenly reared. Fenrir looked like a scared puppy for a moment, and slid off the horse and onto his back. He gasped in the breath he had lost before as Jasmine dropped back to all fours, then turned and trotted over the border, then stood just behind it, as if waiting for him. "God d*mned horse!" He swore under his breath, his hand on his chest as he recovered. He sat up fully, then looked up at Bambi, eyebrows knit together. "Horses..." He muttered, then slowly stood up. He faltered for a moment, feeling dizzy, then stormed over to Jasmine. She wasn't that far away from him, seeing as they were close enough to the border right now that it only took a few steps to cross it. He grabbed the horse's reigns and pulled her head down to eye level. "What's the big idea, huh?" He demanded, knowing full well he wasn't going to get an answer.
