Chloe's eyebrows furrowed in confusion, she took her black glasses off and looked at him, "Kinda looked like you were hiding, y'know.." she replied, then placed her glasses in her pocket, as she looked at him. She was wondering what he was doing hiding out in the shadows, if he wasn't meant to be hiding. But she frowned slightly when she noticed that he had been smoking. The odd thing was, she was happy with people who drank alcohol, as she did herself. But she had a thing about not liking smoking, and people say she got that as her dad was a smoker.

Regan smirked, "I was following you, I was following a voice I heard." he said, holding in his need to laugh when she glared at him. He watched her expressions carefully, as he continued to smirk. Her expression was almost like he was meant to fear him, but he didn't. He just watched her in amusement of her reaction. "But even if I was following you, it would have been because you are being quite loud." he added and watched her carefully, waiting to see what her reaction was going to be.

Erik rolled his eyes.
'I wasn't hiding!' he snapped 'Okay?!?' he was really annoyed now, his temper short as he flicked the end of his cigerette onto the sidewalk, ashes flying everywhere. He coughed slightly then looked at her.

Chloe's just glared at him, "You didn't get what I said, did you? I said it looked like you were hiding." she replied, extremely unhappy with the way he had spoke to her, no-one ever spoke to her like that without an actual reason. She got her glasses back out of her pocket and placed them back on, they were her favorite accessory that she almost always worn. "Listen, I'm just gunna leave you to calm down and whatever." she muttered, before looking at her phone, and turning around to walk again.

Regan raised an eyebrow, "Wow. I am so scared!" he replied, his expression more sarcastic than the way he spoke. He had been in trouble with the police enough times before, that he wasn't too bothered. "Hmm, I wonder if it's illegal to sing out loud in public?" he added, now just playing out his cheeky side. He loved messing with other people's heads.

Erik sighed.
'Wait..' he called out and walked after her 'I'm sorry I snapped at you...i'm just....' he trailed off and looked her up at down 'I'm just....not okay...'.
After he'd actually looked at her properly, he saw she was pretty. Beuatiful. And she had kind eyes. He'd never really seen anyone like that before. His family and friends always had cold, greedy, selfish eyes. But she didn't. He relaxed his standing posture slightly.

Chloe's sighed and turned around to look at him, understanding why he had talked to her the way he did. She put her phone in her pocket so she would talk to him and wouldn't get distracted by it, "You should maybe talk to someone about it, like maybe someone from your family, because I must say, you don't look too happy, at all." she replied, admitting that he didn't look too happy. She felt a little sorry for him, but not greatly, as she didn't know what he was going through. For all she knew, it could be a drug problem like her dad, or just an emotional problem. But like usual, she didn't immediately judge him on her first view of him.

Regan just laughed, "Ah, let me apologize for stalking you. It's just I am attracted to the pretty ones." he replied, smirking at her, agreeing with her reply. She looked like the kind of girl that was 'his type', had a sense of humor, and was cool to talk to, as she wasn't going insane about him or anything.
