Kiko smiled and kissed Todd sweetly. "But do you love me? Making love is a bit of a misnomer. You don't do it to see if you love them, you do it because you already love them."

Todd blushed again, kissing Kiko back, "Yes...I-I was afraid to say love." He admitted.

Kiko smiled. "I love you, Todd." He said, wrapping his arms around Todd happily.

Todd grinned, hugging Kiko tightly. For the first time in his life, he loved someone who didn't ask him to help hide a body.

Kiko grinned and pressed his lips to Todds. "So, do you still want to...?" He asked, looking at Todd curiously.

Todd whispered against Kiko's lips, blushing again, "Yes."

Kiko smiled and picked Todd up, walking them over to the bed. Just then there was a loud crash and creaking and Kiko jumped up and looked out the window, seeing the protective gate that surrounded Daerin crumble and fall to the ground. There was a loud uproar as kids everywhere panicked while the telepath tried to keep everyone calm.
"Oh my god..." Kiko whispered.

Todd was starting to take his shirt off, but the crash stopped him. He paled, watching in terror as the gate crumbled, the hunter rushing in from all directions. Kids fought back, but he knew so many were being slaughtered.

"We have to leave. Now. Johnny knows where we are." He said and slid out of Kiko's grip. Under the bed he hid a wooden stake and a bottle of holy water. Those were his only weapons; the stake would work on people too.

Kiko sighed and pulled Todd out. "We gotta run. Beds and holy water don't work against humans." He said, scooping Todd up in his arms and running out of the room, desperately hoping not to run into any of the hunters. He was never much of a fight, and it didn't help that they were Todd's family.

Bella yelped and jumped up, pulling Kayla into her arms with Pinkie. "Artyom!"

Todd whimpered and held onto the stake, just in case, "Kiko, they're going to come through all the exits! Don't run, they'll chase us down and trap us!"

Artyom jumped and grabbed Khan's jar, "What the he** was that!?" He shouted. Kayla yelped and buried her face in Bella's chest, holding Pinkie as tight as possible.
