"It's fine," Velydia said softly, "I understand why you would not want to be around me." She shrugged and bit her lip, keeping her eyes on her desk. "But I do appreciate your help."

Another pang of guilt stabbed Art in the heart. He sighed and looked over at Vel, "Please don't blame yourself."

"I am a female you once had feelings for, but you now have a mate and a child. My kind are natural temptresses. It is not your fault for wanting to avoid me." Velydia said, shrugging.

Artyom frowned. He didn't like putting it that way; Vel took things too hard. Still, she was right.

"That may be true," He replied, "But I don't want to avoid you any more. Would it please you if I tutor you again?"

Velydia smiled faintly. "If it would not inconvenience you, that would be very great." She said gratefully. "And I do not want to displease your mate. Perhaps you should ask her."

Artyom blinked, "I should." He said to himself, then jumped when the bell suddenly rang.

Velydia smiled and gathered her things. "Good bye, Artyom." She murmured and walked off to her next class.

Artyom grabbed his backpack and slung it over his shoulder, smiling as Vel and the boys from before passed. He left last and waited at his usual spot for Bella.

Bella got there a few moments later, looking happily refreshed and carrying Kayla with Pinkie. She walked up to Artyom and gently kissed his cheek. "How was class?" She asked.

Artyom smiled and gave his girls a quick hug. Kayla held up Pinkie and let out a cheerful, "Occa!" He chuckled, then frowned, "Well...Vel was there, and she is really lost. If it's okay with you...I want to tutor her again."
