"Oh ..." Annabel looked up at Colin with a smile, "So sorry I'm late ..." She said, shaking her head.

Colin smiled and tried to cover up that he had been there for almost two hours, "No, it's fine, I got held up. So I just got here." He said. "I'm glad I didn't keep you waiting."

Annabel nodded, "Oh, well I guess that's kind of good," She shrugged with a smile. "So um ... Coffee?" She asked.

Colin nodded, "Yeah." He said smiling. "It'll be my treat."

Annabel smiled with a nod, walking with him to the line and pushing her hair behind her ear. "So, what have you been up to all day?" She asked him with a small smile.

Colin smiled, standing next to her, "I was just at my morning job, but my friend call in sick so I had to cover for him." He said.

Marcel texted Annie, he wanted to apollogize for leaving in the middle of the night, then tell her to excuse. Hi he sent.

Annabel nodded, "Hmm ... hope it wasn't too hard," She said with a shrug and felt her phone vibrate. She picked it up and rolled her eyes. "Ohmigosh ..." She shut it angrily.

Colin smiled, "It wasn't." He said then saw her shut the phone, "Who was it?" He asked.

Marcel frowned when she didn't reply after a few minutes.

Annie smiled then sighed, "My ex ... the one who left me," She said and then saw it was their turn to order, she started to get out her wallet and looked to him, "I seriously thought he dissappeared off the face of the earth ..."
