Colin waited at Starbucks(if i'm correct) and watched for Annie, he had been there for sometime and was feeling a little anxious.

Annabel had been stressing about it all day because on one hand she wanted to show Marcel that he didn't mean anything to her either, convincing herself that's why he left and then again she just wanted to be friends with Colin, right now at least. So she was, of course late. When she hopped in the taxi his car broke down halfway so she had to get out and walk-the good thing was she got her money back and tried to push through the people to get to Starbucks, arriving an hour late.
