I arrive back home. My parents are gone at work, but the two kids are still here plus me. Jeremy comes and starts talking about how he wants to take fighting lessons from me. Sometimes 12 year olds are weird. While Chloe is talking to me about how she wants her own laptop. 10 year olds can be really needy.

Aiden lifts up Alastar and brings him into the house, setting him in front of the fire.

"Chloe, talk to mom about that, and Jeremy, come with me." I say leading him outside. We start play fighting while Chloe watches and cheers.

Aiden goes into the kitchen and starts the kettle for some hot chocolate.

I laugh as we continue play fighting in the front yard. "Ow! No fair!" Jeremy shouts at me. "What? Gonna let a girl beat you?" I tease him and then we continue.

Bishop shook his head, still trying to get over crashing the sled. He glanced at Reckles, irritated that he was the one getting all the attention. He started barking loudly, then growled.

Adrian turned to Bishop with an angry look on his face. "Be quiet or go home," he snapped. If Emilee hadn't brought her stupid dogs here, this wouldn't have happened!

Kennedy whimpered, loking from Bishop to Adrian to Reckless. With one last look, she turned and trotted away.

Reckless glared at Bishop. "Attention hog," he snarled.

Does anyone want to find Kennedy, or any of the rest of them?))

I put the kids inside the house and take a nice stroll into town, hoping to see that boy again.
