Warriors 1x1 - Kia_Bee and Weredog

[Weredog]

Sungaze nodded. "Cats seem nervous about the attacks." He commented but even he knew he was pointing out the obvious.

[Kia_Bee]

"If only we had more warriors." Stonestar sighed. "We need a sign that Starclan hasn't abandoned us."

[Weredog]

"I could try to talk to them. If you want me to." Sungaze offered. He didn't like talking to his ancestors unless he had to but it was part of his job.

[Kia_Bee]

"No, no. There's no need, my friend. Starclan will talk when they're ready." Stonestar said

[Weredog]

"Okay." Sungaze said. He fell silent for a moment as he thought before he spoke again, mostly speaking his thoughts out loud now, "I guess we should be more careful when collecting herbs. I will try to ask a warrior to come with us in the future." He was more concerned for Lavenderpaw's safety than his own really as he felt he was responsible for her.

[Kia_Bee]

"If that will make you feel safer." Stonestar said with a nod. "I'm sure they won't mind accompanying you."

[Weredog]

Sungaze nodded before he said, "I should go see if my apprentice needs anything." He then trotted off without really waiting to hear if Stonestar had anything else to say.

Wolfbite's gaze followed the strange medicine cat as he left before he turned his head to look at this leader. "You okay?" He asked. He assumed all this talk of rogues and attacks might be taking it's toll Stonestar.

"No, I feel as if this is my last life." Stonestar admitted with a deep sigh. "All these attacks and losses these past moons...it makes me doubt my position as leader."

[Weredog]

Wolfbite doubted that anything he could say would have any hope of easing Stonestar's worries at all. He was far better at helping with his claws than he was with his words. "I trust your decisions." He decided to say, "We will get through this." That seemed to be Wolfbite's own motto in life. Just get through it. Whatever was being thrown his way.

"Thank you, Wolfbite." Stonestar said with a soft purr as he smiled a little. "I just hope Starclan speaks soon."
