"So, what did you think of her?" Nezula suddenly asked after a few minutes.

Mai looked at the servant, her etes narrowed,"Where?" She demanded.

[sheepy.]

Zen looked thoughtful for a moment, “....I’m not sure...” he said.

The servant looked at her, “At one of the nearby towns my Lady. In a herbalists store....he attacked an entire patrol!” He said.

"Oh?" Nezula looked curious,"How so?" She asked.

Mai thought about it,"Was there any workers there?" She asked.

Zen shrugged, “well...I’ve only just met her once.” He said.

The servant nodded, “Yes my Lady, the Herbalist a young woman named Cosmo“ He said.

"Okay, your first impressions of her." Nezula went on.

Mai nodded a little before looking at her husband,"What do you think about all this, my king? Should we perhaps talk with the young lady?" She asked.

Zen picked up a small stone from the path and examined it, “does it matter? I’ll probably never see her again.” He said.

Ronan nodded, “her and the patrol.” He said.

"You sound disappointed." Nezula stated.

Mai nodded before looking at the servant,"Send for the patrol and the girl at once." She ordered.

Zen tossed the stone in his hand with another thoughtful look. “Maybe, She is the only one who hasn’t tried to kill us yet.” He said

The servant nodded, “Yes My Lady, My Lord.” He said bowing to each of them before running back out of the room.

"Do you...... like her?" Nezula smirked a little.

Mai watched as the servant go before she lightly twirled her hair in her fingers.

Zen caught the stone and looked at her, “is that what you were leading up to this entire time? You really need to spend more time around humans. I only met her, I don’t even know her name.” He said.

Ronan frowned thoughtfully, “a rider...interesting...” he said.
