The Wolf Arc

Dex looked at Xavier with a soft blush. "Hey, Xavier. This may sound weird but do you mind sleeping side by side with me tonight? I cannot sleep without another wolf's body heat. Normally. on good nights, I would be able to sleep beside Nanu. Other nights I snuck out and slept with the omega..." He told him.

Xavier blinked, "Sure, no worries." he said as he shifted into his wolf and walked over to him, he curled up beside Dex and gently rested his head beside him, "I am sorry I wrecked things between you, but maybe you can get with Andy, the omega, he's a good wolf, if not very submissive." he said as he looked at Dex.

Dex shifted into his own wolf form and cuddled in close to him. "It's ok Xavier. Andy is not my type. I cannot be the more dominate wolf in a relationship, it is not in my nature. That was why I was drawn to Nanu..." He explained.

Xavier chuckled and nodded as he looked over at Dex, "Well I am not your type then, I just want to live in peace with whoever I love, no pack stuff involved." he said.

"You do not seem like the submissive type Xavier?" Dex spoke as he watched him.

Xavier chuckled, "Well I am not submissive, but I am not dominant, I just want want to live my life." he said with a shrug as he looked over at Dex with a slight tail wag, "Weird in wolves I know."

"Oh." Dex laughed looking at him. "That was what you meant...." He chuckled as he looked at him. "Well, I guess that is not too weird..." He told him as he wagged his tail and leaned into him now.

"Are you sure Dex? I am not too weird for you?" he asked as he nuzzled Dex's side with a chuckle and then rested his head beside the other wolf's tiredly.

"Hey, Xavier? We should see if Garrow will let us join his itty bitty pack with his mate?" Dex spoke as he looked at him.

"Maybe, if they will take us in." he said as he looked over at Dex, "I've never met him before, is he a... well nice ish wolf?" he asked.
