Onyx thought of why Dante found what he had said about the mysteriously killed deer impulsive. Firstly, it would be impulsive if he would of killed the deer himself. Second, he was warning them and he didn't do it rudely. He shrugged, not caring as time went by. His mind drifted to other thoughts that made him wonder.
He remembered Narmanna was.avoiding him, staying behind Dante and it wasn't until he had turned to leave that he had saw the slightest flicker of her hazel, or maybe it was a brownish green..., eyes. He stared to feel quilty that he had gotten her in trouble with the Beta of Lifandi. Onyx understood how reckless and daring he was when it came to following the rules. He challenged life, and that's how it was for him. He wondered what Dante had said to her.
Dante...Everyone thought Onyx was impulsive....Dante was no stronger, nor taller then he was and he was a bigger loudmouth! Dante was the one threatening to kill Onyx. Onyx loved being on the edge, but Dante had problems not tripping over it. Onyx may be stubborn but he knew his place. Of course, going across there borders three time in he past day was quite careless, he could admit that. Onyx sighed.
His blue eyes focused up as he realized he was know in a meadow. His paws padded, the spongy blades collapsing under his pads. Dew clung to the fresh grass. He was surprised at how green it all was. Very few trees dotted the meadow, two or three, and half of the trees leaves were all gone. Small flowers were scattered through the field, but it was.clear they were dying, where a.purple flower, voluminous and beautiful, should be stood a dull Burgundy flower. The waxy petals of each.flower were curled up, ready to die. Onyx delicately crushed the flower.with his paw. As he removed his paw, the flower slowly stood up, the stem bent. Onyx smiled gently.
