Star grazed quietly. She was thinking about Surface. It was hard to share with him...with other mares.

Surface flicked his ears quietly, standing close to his three mare herd as he watched for threats. He didn't want someone to come along and take away his family because he was t paying close enough attention. He moved his gaze to look at Star; whom he hadn't been with much since she joined; and felt a little bad that he hadn't. He hadn't been around Sky much either; and Kastur was off with his own mare now. He couldn't help but wonder when Tynarid would find that mare he would like. He watched Star with a soft put gaze.
