Lucian's eyes filled with tears for the first time since his father died "he's dead, this is a lesson that you have to learn... not everyone will stay here forever, at one time or another we all end up here..." he said holding back a tear

Orion sighed "my father hates me, and you never let me see anyone else! there's nothing to be happy about!"

Kiara pinned her ears "I.. We.." she paused then pinned her ears "Orion! Don't you ever speak like that again!" she growled "We love you! You are young, you don't get everything you want. Get used to it. Life isn't fair. And don't you say that about your father. He loved you!"

Orion sighed "and now you too... the key word there was 'loved', mom..." he stood and walked to the back of the den

Lucian sighed "we won't for a long time." he looked up at the sun "soon i will teach you... and your brother, about the stars. i hope that you'll like them as much as i do"
