Cormac walked over to Lupa. "hey." he said.

Lupa smirked slightly. Guessing the fae's silence was to muse over Mid being mateless.
"Mid adopted me after my mother Fern tried to kill me. After that a fae named Addali tried to become Mid's mate, then tried to kill me. I guess you could say I don't really.... like faes." She said, a fake sweetness in her voice.

Mid glanced at Lupa and pinned his ears. He turned away quickly and walked away from them all.

Timber trotted to the den and licked Aluna when he got there.
