"In case you haven't noticed, we're not as poor as Shelby says," he whispered, pressing the play button the remote. He elaned over as the lights dimmed, giving her a quick kiss.

"Shelby," she replied. "Ummm...do you go to our school?" she asked curiously. "We live on an island."

Arriana angrily kicked an old coke can out of her way as she stormed down the path outside the mall. "Stupid, stupid litter." She growled, her head faced down, staring at the path she was walking on. Because she wasn't looking where she was going, she bumped right into another dog who had been walking towards her. "Move it and look where you're going!" She yapped, pushing past the dog furiously as if it had all been his fault.
