"Then what is?" She asked holiday, confused. Just then, the before injured Hero was back, healthy. "What happened?" She wondered.

Hero neighed hopping Kaya was near to help Christie

Christie clenched her teeth as the pain in her arm grew worse

Kaya:

Bewildered, she ran to the barn. Where was that first aid kit? She spotted it, and quickly ran back motioning for Christie to dismount.

Hero bent down letting Christie off.

Christie got off carefully and patted Hero with her good arm.

Hero snorted

Christie stood in front of Kaya "Thank you so much Kaya..."

Kaya:

"No problem.. Tat's what friends are for!" She said. She got out a disinfectant spray, and held it out to Christie's arm. "This is going to sting a bit," She said.

Christie shrugged "It could not hurt any more then when it did when the dog was biting my arm..." Christie clenched her fists as the spray sprayed onto her arm.

Hero trotted over to Kaya's paddock where Anita and Holiday were. He nudged the lock on it and let himself in "Hey guys..."

Anita:

She looked at him for a second, then answered, "Hi, what happened to you and Christie?"

Kaya:

She then took out the bandages, and wrapped them around Christie's arm. "What happened?" She asked.

Christie sighed "A dog attacked me. I am not sure if it was stray or not but Hero kicked him pretty hard. I would not be surprised if the dog died of internal bleeding..."

Hero neighed "I don't know...One minute I was in pain on the ground and the next I am saving Christie from some stupid dog! I kicked him to death though so he should not be back"

Anita:

The mare nodded slowly. "How did you go from pain to full health in a few minutes though?" SHe asked, still puzzled.

Hero lowered his head slightly "Me and Christie have been together since I was born. Some how we got linked and when ever she is in trouble I feel the pain with her..." Hero looked at Anita "Can I tell you something?"
