Kanani walked across the yard to the food shed and picked up a bag of dog food, and carried it out to the kennels

Jasmine laid in her kennel asleep. She heard a loud sound and pricked up her ears.

Jackie growled and lunged at the gate. She was new so she wasn't used to the others.

Max chased after Kanani, his curly tail wagging wildly across his back, he bounded toward Rocket's kennel, and barked to him

Rocket streached in his dog house, and climbed out of it, he almost tripped on the ledge, but regained his footing, he walked across the pea gravle in his kennel toward Max, it was hot today in the desert, he yawned

"Whats up, anything new from the house??" Rocket asked

"Tia is sending one of the Parolee's to Louisiana to pick up a new dog" Max said, laying down

"hmm, just what we need huh, like there isnt enough of us" Rocket said, shifting his back legs

Max laughed "no kidding, well i will be back, im going to talk to Jasmine, and then i will go and see Creature"

"oh, can you tell Creature from me that it is good to have him back??" Rocket said

"sure, no problem" Max said, getting up and he bounded off toward Jasmine

Jasmine looked up and stood at the front of her cage. "Hey Max." She barked and stretched. Everyone knew she wasn't a full Pitbull. In fact she was mostly Boxer.
