Fizz felt a stab of pain in her belly. She moaned and dragged herself to the nearest tree, where she was shaded. Different pains filled her. She was gasping for air, and suddenly water gushed out. "Oblivian!" She called through breaths. "The- Foals- Coming!"

Oblivian looked up at his name and saw the pain in Fizz's eyes, he galloped over to her, his legs eating up the space. He nuzzled her. "You'll be fine fizz, I promise" he said.

The birth was quick. It seemed to all be over. Though to Fizz, it had felt like hours. Her body relaxed and she sighed in relief. "It's done." She said. Fizz looked back at her foal. It was a beautiful bay!

Oblivian turned to the foal, he nuzzled it gently and looked at Fizz. "We have a son" he said and smiled.

Duchess heard a horse straining and galloped towards it, she crossed oblivian's border and watched the foal be born. She smiled at the little family but froze as she thought she recongised the stallion.
