Ever since the humans had come and taken Stammer's siblings Kaley had been nervous. She had butterflies in her stomach. She had walked away from Bella and Stammer and let them talk together. She was too worried about when it was her turn. She paced, every so often she pranced for a few steps. She was scared. She knew she wouldnt take kindly to what they would be doing and she feared the pain that would be coming. She listened in to Bella's and Stammer's conversaion and was suprised that they all came from the same mare. She also saw how Stammer's siblings had been broken in already and was mixed on how she felt. She felt like they were brave for going through it already, and she felt pitty almost because they didn't fight. She didn't really know how to feel though.

[Hazza]

Stammer woke up to the sounds of hooves. He looked up and saw Kaley. He quietly got up and went over to her. "You know... uh... sometimes, some horses are just not made to be settled down. I think... maybe you are one of those fighters. You should be proud that you still have that spark of freedom in you. I believe that even if you decide to buck off those humans... you will always be tame to me." Stammer nickers quietly.

Kaley smiled at Stammer gratefully. She realized that she felt the pride he was talking about. She was proud that she knew she would fight them. She felt warm on the inside after what Stammer said. "Thank you" She said and gently nudged his neck with her head. "And Stammer,I'm sorry for what I said to you when we first met. I was just really angry, scared and resentful." She said quietly, remembering how much she had hated him and the humans.

[Hazza]

Stammer shook his head. "No problem! I usually have that effect on people." He chuckles. He nudges her back. Stammer turned around and went back to sleeping. Instead of peppermints on his mind now... now it was what they were going to do to Kaley if she didn't behave.

[JTJoker]

Kaley smiled and laid down. (Not laying flat out but like half up. Know what I mean?) She was at ease now after talking with Stammer, he had that effect on her. A calming effect. She finally fell asleep beisde Stammer and Bella.

[Hazza]

(Yeah, I know what you mean. Lolz)

Stammer woke up to the sun shining smack in his face.

Kaley woke up with the sun also in her face. She closed her eyes and laid out flat, comfortable where she was.

[Hazza]

Some Americans came and put a rope around Kaley. They handed her a peppermint and led her into a corral. "Who's gonna break this one in?" The human said.

Stammer shook his head. Kaley was going to get hurt. Badly.

Kaley had still been laying down when the humans came for her. She didn't fight much when they led her towards to corral but once it was for sure that they were going to put her there she started fighting a little more. She pulled back but the humans were prepared, they had plently of people pulling the rope. When they gave her the pepperment she spat in out in spite. She stood in the center of the corral as far away from the humans as possiable and looked around to see which human would speak up and try to break her. She looked over at Stammer with a look of fear, detirmination and pride. She could feel the anger and hatred of the humans building in her.

[Hazza]

Stammer looked around and saw a slaughter house. He shook his head pitifully. "Just listen Kaley." He muttered. Wild horses were always too dramatic.

Then a little girl pushed through the humans. "I'll do it" She said ever so quietly. The Americans nodded and placed a saddle and a bridle on the horse quickly. The little girl slowly walked over to Kaley.
